Snowbird wonderland

My wife and I spent Jan. and Feb. enjoying this condo as opposed to the cold winter months of home. We love the location. Charli has been wonderful to work with. The condo is well appointed with everything you might need for a great time. Kitchen is very well stocked. We have already committed to coming back next year. Point East has a very friendly group of people here during the wonter. Many have been coming here for years. To us that speaks volumes about how nice this place is.

Great Experience

Room was very clean! We stay at Point East every year and out of all the condos we have stayed at this one has the best kitchen layout. This room has a great view of the pool and the ocean and is just around the corner from the steps. This was my nieces first vacation to the beach and with several baby contraptions Charli had it made packing easier. We would definitely recommend this condo!

Don't look any further, this is the place.

We were fortunate enough to stay in Charli's Point East, New Smyrna Beach condo, for two weeks end of April, early May, 2022. The condo is amazing, beautifully furnished plus super kitchen with SS appliances and a great KS bed. We spent every morning having coffee on the balcony (make sure you use those outdoor rocking chairs, super comfy). Second floor was handy as we didn't bother with the elevator other than check in/out. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this property. Our communication with Charli was quick and helpful, she's very friendly. Don't wait, book this condo, you'll have as great a time as we did, thank-you Charli. We'll be back!

Celebration of my 60th birthday

Delightful, cozy condo!

My husband John and I stayed in Charli’s condo for 4 nights. Her condo had everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. The area was ripe with great restaurants. I even got up at 3 a.m. to watch a night rocket take off from Kennedy Space Center! Charli was great to deal with.

A decorated dream!

What a lovely condo in a smaller 3-story complex with an elevator! A huge pool right on the beach. Super convenient location to everything. Well stocked kitchen, linen closets and beach stuff! Located right on the beach!!

Clean, cute, very pleased

This condo was a pleasant surprise! I LOVE animal prints! It’s very tastefully updated. It’s very clean! No smells. Beds comfortable! We appreciated the much needed get away...my only suggestion is that the property needs handicap spaces. My husband is post op extensive knee surgery and my daughter has CP so that was a little difficult. Other than that...wonderful experience.

Comfy, cozy condo perfect for R&R!

My wife and I stayed for 4 nights at Charli's Point East Condominium. We couldn't be more thrilled with our stay. The condo is beautiful. Everything worked perfectly. We loved sitting on the balcony with our coffee and books while listening to the ocean. The pool is excellent. The beach is immaculate. The complex is calm and provides a great environment for rest and relaxation.We rode our bikes up and down New Smyrna Beach. The drive-on portion of the beach is much busier compared to what is located right by the complex. We enjoyed the quieter portion although it was fun riding up and down the beach.We highly recommend staying here! We will be back again!

Amazing Vacation

We had so much fun on this trip to New Smyrna Beach, we were celebrating four birthdays. Charli’s place was so warm, well decorated and clean. She was so quick to respond and extremely accommodating. The place comes with starter supplies of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags and so much more. It was great to be able to settle in before shopping for the week. Charli has thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. The entire complex is maintained impeccably from morning till night and the pool is gorgeous. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely return.

Fun in the sun

We had a great week at the beach..our condo was nice and quiet. All the people in town and at the condo were super nice and helpful... The surf at the beach was fun..been going to the gulf beaches.. Which are warm this time of year..Loved that the water was cool and refreshing..plan to revisit ..if you go visit Canaveral nation seashore..just a few miles south..absolutely beautiful..

Mini vacay in NSB

I have stayed at this condo rental twice now and I just love it. Charli has it decorated very nicely and it is truly a cozy place to stay that is on the beach. It is in an area where there are no vehicles driving on the beach and I like that a lot. The only problem with my stay is that it was too short!

Thanksgiving

My family and I come down to New Smyrna a few times a year and this was our first stay in one of Charli's units. We contacted her on the recommendation of a few of our colleagues . We stayed in the Zebra unit and it offered everything that we could need to have a fun, comfortable stay. The unit was stocked full of everything you could need to have a great stay, from beach toys and accessories, to the fully stocked kitchen to make a home made meal with ease.Charli stayed in contact with us to ensure that our vacation would go without a hitch and even provided us with a detailed sheet with everything that we could need to know during our stay. The location of the condo was great in relation for walkability to a grocery store, gas station and an ice cream/taco stand.The condo is located on a non drive beach making it great for kids.While there we had my wife's family come over for a get together at the pool commons area and it is great entertaining space. There are no steps to get to it, so it was great for grandma to come over and see the beach with her family. The folks working in the office were very accommodating to our family.We will definitely be back to Charli's unit when we come back.

Wonderful stay

Everything was wonderful! The condo unit was clean upon arrival and had much more then other units I have stayed at. Thanks so much for having the extras like beach chairs, umbrellas and toys. We really enjoyed them. The kitchen had all the small appliances and anything else you would need. We had 4 adults and 1 child and the unit was spacious enough for us to be comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the shower pressure was good. Charli was very helpful and prompt with communication throughout the whole process. She even included a list of items you might want to have extra of like toilet paper, trash bags etc which I wish I had known with my first VRBO rental. We would definitely recommend and would return.

Don't stay anywhere else!

My sister and I had planned a "girls getaway". On short notice, I found Charli's condo on line after searching numerous websites. This was one of the best decisions I've made as far as a somewhere to stay. The condo was beautifully appointed with all items needed for a stay at the beach. My sister has already stated when we go to the beach this is the place she would like to stay. Charli has made a vacation condo feel like "home".
