The granite countertops, new cabinets and new appliances will make cooking a breezeThe master bedroom is airy with a king sized bed and a huge wall of windows that bring the beautiful Gulf of Mexico right into the bedroom. Attached to the expansive master bedroom is a completely remodeled full bathroom. For additional peace and quiet, there is also a small, private balcony that is perfect for enjoying that morning cup of coffee.The second bedroom has another king sized bed with closet and plenty of room to spread out. The third bedroom is located just across the hall and has two queen sized beds which are perfect for any extra guests or little ones and has another completely remodeled bathroom right outside in the hallway.
.This Beachside One condo is a perfect beach retreat for your family. We are within walking distance to Finz and the Hilton Sandestin Beach Resort and their Spa, Serenity by the Sea as well as their many restaurants and conference center, but we are far enough away that we have a little peace and space from the crowded beaches through our own private, gated beach access.

House rules

- During Spring Break and Summer, we rent Saturday to Saturday. Email to ask for exception. If you see a little gap and it is bookable then it's ok to reserve.
- Primary renter must be 25 and must be present at all times.
- No Smoking, No pets no exceptions.
- Signed Rental agreement required to gain access to the rental.
- We reserve the right to refuse any reservation.
