1020 sq. ft. OUR VILLA: Our patio villa is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom single home with a screened in lanai and a patio. There is a car and a half garage. It has been recently updated with new appliances and beautiful furniture. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a large walk in closet in the master. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and looks out on a preserve in the back of the home. The guest bath has a tub and shower. There is a large capacity washer and dryer for your convenience. The home is fully turnkey (hairdryer, linens, towels, pool towels, kitchen supplies, etc.). Internet and cable TV are provided.
DETAILS: We have monthly rates during the prime winter months of year round. We have 14 day rental rates during the summer months (May-Aug). A golf cart is available for your use while renting our home. Our prices include all utilities and taxes. We ask for a refundable deposit of $500 when booking to hold the property and cover accidental damages.

THE VILLAGES: The Villages, Florida is the largest retirement (55+) community in the world. There are over 150,000 people who enjoy The Villages active lifestyle. The community spans over parts of three counties. We are a golf cart community with over 100 miles of golf cart paths. We have 13+ championship golf courses and 42+ executive golf courses. The executive golf is free, although a trail fee is assessed when riding your golf cart. We have over 70 adult and family pools which may be used by the residents. Shuffleboard, bocce courts, pickleball and tennis are also available. There are three town squares that have music from 5-9 PM every night of the week and shops are open during these hours. Dancing, especially line dancing is very popular. There are also over 100 excellent restaurants and many have entertainment each night. The Villages is a very safe community with three police and fire departments serving the area. There is also a hospital, assisted living facilities and memory care facilities. We have neighborhood watch on patrol 24/7.
The cul de sac is amazing to walk around and enjoy the neighborhood.
We have over 100 restaurants..hard to choose a favorite. There are MANY in the Spanish Springs area, which is within 5-6 minutes by golf cart ride.

We have been Snowbirds since retiring. We stayed here in 2021 and loved both the villa and the location. The villa has been completely renovated and is spotlessly clean. It’s comfortable and has every amenity needed. The golf cart is a plus. Linda and John met us on arrival and showed us everything in the house. The next day they came over on their golf cart and had us follow them in the cart that comes with the house. They showed us the main sites around the area, and offered great advice about The Villages in general. They are the nicest people we’ve ever rented from. We highly recommend this villa. The beds are comfortable with high end linens, the TVs have voice remotes, the internet service is excellent. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay!

We are very impressed with John and Linda, and their attention to detail with their rentals. We spent 6 weeks here and wouldn’t hesitate to return for additional time. We loved this unit, It was clean and comfortable and a very short golf cart drive to both Spanish Springs and Sumpter Landing. The golf cart was so fun. The Sand Cranes that frequently strolled through the neighborhood were an added bonus. Hope to return some time in the future.
