Beautiful 2 bedroom gulf front condo is well-stocked and furnished. The unit has a full kitchen with refrigerator/ice maker, electric range, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, complete cookware sets and utensils. Washer and dryer are also available inside the unit.
Our condo in Tower 1 is very clean, well-maintained and beautifully furnished and decorated. The master bedroom has a big bathroom with a beautifully updated shower, sink & vanity and a walk-in closet. It has a king size bed and a flat screen tv. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, flat screen tv and a bathroom connected. Our huge kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meal. The kitchen and living room area overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and is furnished with a queen size sleeper sofa and a 42" flat screen tv. The unit has its own tiled balcony for you to enjoy the breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and its sugar-white sand beaches. Being on the 16th floor, you have your own privacy and you also get a spectacular view of the aquatic life in the gulf.
Majestic Beach Resort has the most amenities among other resorts. The resort features outdoor pools, two indoor pools (one for each tower), baby pool, hot tubs, poolside bar and grill. It also has a market with Starbucks coffee, assorted snacks, beverages, sandwiches, souvenirs, beach supplies and more. The resort has a theatre (stadium type seating) and a tennis court. It is a walking distance to a lot of restaurants, souvenir shops, Edgewater Plaza and Walmart. It is close to Ripley's Believe It or Not, Wonder Works, Zoo, Miniature Golf and more.
Pier Park is approximately 5 miles away. Jet skis, parasailing, banana boat rides, all directly outside your door.
Condo 1-1611 is located in Tower 1 on the 16th floor at Majestic Beach Resort. The age requirement to rent this condo is 25.

Communication was great from the time condo was booked to checkout we received various messages about our stay and replied timely to any questions we had leading up to our stay. Host was great at communicating. Everything went extremely smooth until attempting to register vehicle. I could not get any help registering my vehicle until I arrived . Upon arrival, security walked me to HOA and HOA took the time to register. Other than that, trip was great. We received an information package which gave all instructions and expectations. My wife was satisfied with Air BNB. We used to be owners with IHG so we are familiar with these types of properties.

The apartment is very cool, spacious, clean. Everything is there for the first time for a soapy stay. The view from the balcony is amazing. the ocean is two steps away from the building. Every evening the sunset is directly over the ocean. This is wonderful. Overall the place is great. we liked. There are no complaints. Thank you. Would I come back here? of course yes.

My husband and four year old stayed here for a few nights and absolutely loved it. The condo was clean and comfortable. The building itself is very clean and safe. Parking was simple and the breezeway to the condo was nice. The pools were nice too, and my son loved the kiddie pool with the giant splash mushroom. We stayed 4 nights and the unit supplied enough toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap for our entire stay. There was one pod for the dishwasher and clothes washer, which was perfect for our length of stay. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils and a waffle maker and blender. The ice machine wasn’t on when we arrived which makes sense, so don’t anticipate there being ice ready when you arrive. It made plenty of ice for our cooler overnight along with the ice trays in the freezer. The beds are soft and comfortable. The condo was quiet. The view from the 16th floor is gorgeous both morning and night. Would definitely book here again!

Loved our stay here! Right on ocean. Beautiful balcony with breathtaking views. Condo equipped with all items needed to cook with. Condo clean and comfortable. Easy to get to 16th floor. Wasn’t an excessive amt of wait for the elevators. Condo had a lot to offer from 3 pools, outdoor ones, market with Starbucks in it and bar and grill to grab quick lunch or drink right by pool. Location is perfect few minute drive to many restaurants, activities such as race city and close drive to Walmart. Once we realized access from parking garage 3rd floor across road to the unit made going back and forth easy. Farah was great to communicate with as well!

We loved our condo! Everything was in good condition, and the beds were comfy. We loved our view from the balcony and even saw some dolphins in the distance! The only annoying thing was having to walk across the street for parking, but I appreciated the covered walkway. We would stay here again!

Our condo was booked through Emerald Coast and it went smoothly. Once we were settled in at the Majestic Beach Resort, we encountered a situation that could have really ruined it for us but when we shared our concerns with Farah at Emerald Coast, she not only listened with professionalism but she acted quickly to lesson the stress of it and make it so much better. This stress was all on the Resort and not the staff at Emerald Coast. Farah made sure we were happy and taken care of. Very responsive and understanding, Top notch! We will use Farah at Emerald Coast again and from now on.
