Condo sleeps 6, one king bed, one queen bed and a sleeper sofa with a new mattress to accommodate short term guests or family that may come visit. This community is conveniently located miles from the Fort Myers airport and Interstate 75, plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Easy to get to Naples, Bonita or Fort Myers. Excellent location. HOA Rental application and Lease application required. Private gated manned entrance one pool is directly near the condo so you don't have to use the main pool. I have tried to include everything you need-just back your personal items.

At the time of booking with the owner 50% will be due up front. Check or online payment. Second deposit will be due 60 days prior to stay. No refunds one you are within 60 days of arrival.
HOA Application is through the community online, which owner will give access to. Payments for HOA application are collected online with credit card. ($150). Once you arrive, you will pay the application admin fee and keycard fee ($130) at the HOA office which is onsite. This will allow you entrance into the amenities area. Final cleaning fee is due with the rental amounts. Refundable Damage Deposit returned after final cleaning is complete and no damage is seen.

We had the distinct pleasure of renting this condo for two winters (Jan/Feb 24 & 25) and all we can say is that this 1st floor condo was perfect! If you want a secure quiet oasis this is it. The condo is updated and beautifully decorated. It has everything in the kitchen you need if you want to cook and the bedrooms and bath have all the linens and towels you need to feel like home. We especially enjoyed sitting on the private lanai overlooking a lake. There is a pool very close to this condo and we had a carport for our car. Even though the complex is quiet and serene we were very close to Miromar outlets, Hertz Arena, and great restaurants. And we can’t say enough about the owner Julie! She is the best and truly is very easy to work with. We absolutely would have been back this year too, but because of some unforeseen events we are unable to do so. This really is the perfect home away from home!

I have stayed at Julie's condo for the past 2 years and loved it. It is decorated so nicely - when friends came over they all said how much they liked it! This condo is on the first floor and has an absolutely beautiful water view. I will miss it so much! Julie is so easy to work with and made my stay so easy since she provides everything. Yes, everything you need for your stay, bath towels, beach towels, extra sheets. Additionally, the kitchen is equipped with dishware, pans, blender, toaster, Keurig and coffee pot.
We have neighborhood pool within steps of our unit. There is also a clubhouse area with a large outdoor pool
The local Publix grocery store is less than 2 miles away on the same road that the condo is on. Very easy to get to.
I do provide beach chairs, umbrella, and a small cooler
We also rent throughout the year. May, June, October November, December are some of my favorite months, Weather if great and it is less busy. Summer months are also great too.
