This community is conveniently located miles from the Fort Myers airport and Interstate 75, plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Easy to get to Naples, Bonita or Fort Myers. Excellent location. HOA Rental application and Lease application required. Private gated manned entrance one pool is directly near the condo so you don't have to use the main pool. I have tried to include everything you need-just back your personal items. Looking for someone who will take 3-4 months in season.

At the time of booking with the owner 50% will be due up front. Check or online payment. Second deposit will be due 60 days prior to stay. No refunds one you are within 60 days of arrival.
HOA Application is through the community online, which owner will give access to. Payments for HOA application are collected online ($100). Once you arrive, you will pay the application admin fee and keycard fee ($130) at the HOA office which is onsite. This will allow you entrance into the amenities area. Final cleaning fee is due with the rental amounts. Refundable Damage Deposit returned after final cleaning is complete and no damage is seen.

I have stayed at Julie's condo for the past 2 years and loved it. It is decorated so nicely - when friends came over they all said how much they liked it! This condo is on the first floor and has an absolutely beautiful water view. I will miss it so much! Julie is so easy to work with and made my stay so easy since she provides everything. Yes, everything you need for your stay, bath towels, beach towels, extra sheets. Additionally, the kitchen is equipped with dishware, pans, blender, toaster, Keurig and coffee pot.
We have neighborhood pool within steps of our unit. There is also a clubhouse area with a large outdoor pool
The local Publix grocery store is less than 2 miles away on the same road that the condo is on. Very easy to get to.
I do provide beach chairs, umbrella, and a small cooler
We also rent throughout the year. May, June, October November, December are some of my favorite months, Weather if great and it is less busy. Summer months are also great too.
