Our villa blends modern updates with traditional charm and comfortably sleeps 8. The master has a king bed, ensuite, and Roku TV. There’s a Queen bedroom and two themed twin rooms—one Harry Potter, one Lion King—each with Roku TVs and plenty of storage.
The open-plan living area includes two sofas, a large smart TV, and pool views. The dining
area seats the whole family, and the updated kitchen has stainless steel appliances, air fryer, Ninja blender, Mickey waffle maker, Keurig, and
all your essentials.A cozy breakfast nook is perfect for planning your day. There's also a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board for your convenience.
Enjoy the newly added games room with A/C, pool table, Roku TVs, gaming chairs, Xbox Series S, and Nintendo Switch. Great for unwinding after a day at the parks!
The private pool area features loungers, a shaded dining space, and a safety fence if needed. Pool heat is available (recommended Oct–Mar) for a small charge (please enquire)

We had an amazing stay at this property! The house itself was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. It’s clear the owners take great care in keeping the space inviting and guest-ready.One of the highlights for our family was the garage, which had been transformed into a game room. It was packed with fun options that kept the kids entertained for hours—especially after they’d worn themselves out swimming. It was a perfect way to keep the fun going without having to leave the house.Another unexpected bonus was the close proximity to a 7-Eleven. It became a bit of a daily ritual for the kids to walk over for their endless supply of slushies. It’s little things like that which make a vacation feel extra fun for them—and convenient for the parents!While the house is just a short walk to the main resort area, we found ourselves gravitating to a nearby pool that was even closer. It was quiet, spacious, and a great place to unwind without the crowds. Having that kind of flexibility—between the energy of the main resort and the calm of a quieter pool—was ideal.All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better spot. It struck the perfect balance between fun and relaxation, and we’d happily return.

We enjoyed the house. Plenty of space and storage. Practical and well-equipped kitchen! The fridge has a very convenient water and ice dispenser. The location is close to everything. Quiet and safe area, pleasant for lovely walks. The small lake in the backyard is beautiful, especially with the fountain. Many thanks to the hosts, it was a delightful stay.

Stayed here Aug 2022. Have stayed in orlando several times and this is one of the nicest we have stayed in. Spotlessly clean and newly decorated. In a very safe gated community 15-30mins to disney. Booking was quick and communication was excellent. We had one small issue when there which was resolved quickly and with no hassell after an email to the management company. Would definitely stay again
