We live on site and love having nice guests coming to visit. 19 restaurants minutes away plus Morton's gourmet grocery store with everything you could need just one block. Lido Key beach and Siesta Key beach is 10 minutes away, short drive, hospital is just around the corner if you need that too! Wonderful neighborhood for everyone. Small resort complex with shared coin/app laundry. Lovely new pool deck and outside shower. Central large patio area with Weber grill for all to use. Great for small gatherings. Includes free use of bikes and kayaks. Also 2 beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella and soft cooler! Everything you need for a fun time at the beach! Owners live on site too and look forward to meeting you!

Everybody wants to live in Southside Village. It is, arguably, the perfect Sarasota neighborhood. It is a classic American suburb of 50 or 60 years ago. Homes from various decades exist side by side, and practically all have been spruced up and beautifully landscaped. Mature trees shade the streets. People walk everywhere here, around 20 restaurants and bars to choose from. Glossy boutique stores and of course, there’s Morton’s Market. This gourmet grocery store has such a strong personality that it’s set the tone for the entire neighborhood. It's amazing, with its own bakery and butcher, deli, salad bar and wine cellar, you may never shop anywhere else again! You won't need to!

Enjoyed our stay in a 1 bedroom apt. The living space is quite large with living room and dining room combo, a galley kitchen and good- sized bedroom with 2 closets, a remodeled bathroom and a small balcony overlooking the pool. The outdoor pool is very big and looks brand new. It was crystal clear all week. Laundry room with 1 washer/dryer also on grounds. The family that owns it is on-site and were wonderful, very friendly and helpful and just nice people. The cleanliness was an 11 out of 10! Her grounds were very well landscaped and meticulously clean. The apt. was also meticulously clean. The location was 15-20 min. From Lido Beach and Siesta Key and they supplied beach chairs and umbrella that we kept for the week. It’s in Southside Village and many restaurants were just a couple blocks away. We very much enjoyed our stay.

This was my second stay at one of Dee's rentals and they are fabulous!!! There is everything you could need and more. The pool being right there is a huge bonus as you don't have to head to the beach to cool off. But if you do want the beach it is only 10-15 minutes away. Close to Downtown Sarasota, close to Siesta Key, close to St Armand's Circle. Southside Village has a bunch of restaurants of it's own that are also great and within walking distance. The condo itself is decorated so cute!!! It has a modern vibe but yet still feels like home. These will always be my first choice when visiting Sarasota!!! Thank you for a fabulous stay!
