Spent the Winter (Jan-March 2026) at David’s Condo) We had a Great Time. Owner was very attentive and had great communication with Us. Condo was very well appointed, organized, and perfect for all our needs. Location was situated in a Nice Sanctuary where we could bike, hike, swim, with nature preserves and had unlimited exposure to beaches and restaurants. Yes: Community is 55 Plus.... The lease requires that at least one renter must be 55 or older.
The HOA is Deed restricted and requires a 30 day minimal lease agreement.
