We thank God that our condo was spared! E91 is a completely renovated, First floor Condo, steps to the pool. Master bedroom has a King bed with on-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. Second bedroom has a Queen bed and twin bunk beds. Fully equipped kitchen with state-of-the art appliances. Washer and dryer in the unit.

World-famous Crescent Beach is about 1 mile away. Free-service Trolley stops right in front of Bay Oaks property. If you prefer, you can drive and park at the public beach. Owner provides beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, a wagon, and a cooler for your convenience. Just bring your swimsuit!!!

This 2 bed/2bath condo accommodates up to 6 persons. Master has 1 King, Guest bedroom 1 Queen and a bunk bed. No extra persons will be allowed.
Deposits and Payments: To reserve a $400.00 deposit is required. Balance of the reservation plus Security deposit is due 60 days prior to arrival.
No refunds for early departures, Acts of God ( inclement weather, red tide, rain, wind and non-mandatory evacuation)
Security deposit of $400.00 will be refunded upon inspection of the condo. If there are damages, the replacement cost will be deducted from this deposit.
Cancellation: If cancelled at least 60 days prior to arrival, full amount will be refunded less $50.00 application fee and $100.00 administration fee.
If for any reason the reservation is cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival, 50% of the rent will be refunded, less $50.00 application fee and $100.00 administration fee.

My husband and I were very happy with this condo, it has great colors and craftsmanship in the upgrades. The condo is clean, comfortable and spacious: it also has all the necessary amenities for living away from home for a month. Ana is a very responsive, welcoming and accomodating host. We were considering another destination since this was our 10th year in SK but we enjoyed this condo so much we have booked it again for next year. Thank you Ana!

What a great condo, on the main floor, in an ultra convenient location. Beautifully updated and spacious. TONS of amenities to make your stay super comfortable... multiple coffee makers for whatever suites your needs, in unit washer & dryer, fridge with ice and water dispenser (my FAVORITE), huge closets, comfortable furniture and close to the pool. The complex has a quaint spot to sit on the bay and pickleball courts. Walkable to Stickney Point restaurants, beach access, bars, rental companies(bikes and golf carts), marina (to rent boats or book parasailing) and the best restaurant on the Key... Spearfish Grill. There is a trolly stop right outside the complex and one right across the street. We could not have been happier with the condo and the owner. She was very friendly and communicative. We would absolutely stay here again.

This condo was phenomenal! It was beautiful, extremely clean, had everything you would need if you cooked a lot, plenty of beach equipment, even a collapsible wagon for the beach. It was great having the washer and dryer in the unit. You can pack less that way. The communication with Ana was spot on. You never felt like you were bothering her. Even after you booked and she had your money she still communicated if you had a question. I looked for days for a place because I am very picky and I stopped when I found this place. I am glad I did. We decided to stay a little longer in siesta key and booked another condo in the same complex bc Ana and her husband were coming in to town and needed her condo. (We knew this when we booked). Let me say the other condo isn't half the place Ana's is. The other condo is dirty and not taken care of. You could easily sleep 7 people at Ana's place. Especially with the second bath. That comes in handy if you have more people. The location is great. We had a car but we did use the frog hop one night just to see how it was and worked. The stop is right out front. The pool is a stones throw from the condo. This place was perfect for my husband and I. Next time we will plan ahead and book it for longer now that we know how great this place is.

This unit at Bay Oaks was very clean and in a great location. It’s within walking distance to the south village of Siesta Key and the trolley stop to the north village is right out front. The beautiful view of the intra-coastal waterway out back is an added bonus. Ana the owner is very receptive to any questions and extremely easy to work with.

I cannot say enough good things about this condo and I’m very particular! Immaculate, no bugs, comfy beds, well stocked with so many things that we didn’t have to buy at the store i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, paper plates, coffee, things of that nature that you don’t have to throw away at the end of the trip! We have been coming to Siesta Key for 20+ years and this condo is the nicest we have ever rented. Also, location is great. It doesn’t have beach access but 10 minute walk down the road is free parking and beach access #12 is there! We have discovered we really like the Captain Curt’s area which is right at Stickney Point and Midnight Pass road. There are lively bars, a great coffee place (don’t remember the name but it’s in the corner behind Sniki Tiki) with amazing breakfast sandwiches and homemade danish, bike rental, and a great supermarket!! We discovered a new place to eat in that area called the Spearfish Grill and it was amazing! The owner (Ana) was super easy to deal with and the unit was really close to the parking spot. Lynn C.Beautiful Condo & Great Location
This well maintained condo has it all... tastefully decorated, fully equiped, comfortable beds, high end kitchen and immacuatley clean. The beach is amazing and the best restaurants are a short drive away as is a grocery store and lots of great shopping. The owners take great care of the place and were very communicative and kind. Peaceful location with a great pool and beautiful grounds. I have rented in Siesta Key a few times, but this condo is by far the best. I am looking forward to coming back.

From the moment we walked in we were impressed with the cleanliness and welcoming feeling. It is conveniently located to the beach, village and mainland. The appliances are all top notch and we loved having a washer/dryer in the unit. The owner was always available and wanted to be sure our stay was perfect!

We were impressed the moment we walked in the door. Spacious kitchen and family room. Queen and bunk beds in the second bedroom-for the grandkids visit. And best of all, a washer and dryer in the unit. A few steps from the pool and community room, with covered parking close by. A very enjoyable place to stay.
