Enjoy the best sunsets on Anna Maria Island and Florida's native vegetation including the protected Sea Oaks that surrounds our facility while you seat in your shaded deck. And if you are lucky perhaps a turtle nest can also be seen from your deck,which is equipped with 4 chairs and a table and 2 chase lunges for your sun bathing pleasures.
Unit has been updated with all new Kitchen Stainless Steel appliances and new furniture throughout. The unit sleeps 4 adults. There is a pull out couch in the FR. and a queen bed in the BR. Small 8x20 heated pool on site. BBQ/patio area on property offers both a charcoal and a gas grill for your cooking convenience. Charcoal and fuel NOT PROVIDED There is a gas exchange tank available if that is your preference. There are 2 chase
lounges available for your sun bathing pleasures as well as 4 chairs and a table for your deck. Parking is limited to ONE CAR ONLY..A window/wall AC/HEAT unit controls the temperature. Everything you need for a perfect beach vacation!!

Beautiful white powder sand beach just outside the front door. This house has everything you'll need. Clean and roomy "old Florida" home with extra amenities for use at the beach. Outdoor covered deck was great for meals, sunset or just to hang out. Walk or use the free shuttle north 1/2 mile to Bridge Street entertainment area (restaurants, shops, bars), or about a mile south to Cocqina Beach Market (Fridays). Property manager Bruce was quick to reply to any questions or concerns. In summary, a great place to stay for a beach getaway! Would definitely return, especially after the beach walkway construction project has been completed. Northbound traffic is heavy during the morning rush hour and in the evenings, especially when the Cortez drawbridge causes backups.
