deep water 'Forked Creek' which leads to the Intracoastal Waterway & Gulf of Mexico. Enter through the cut glass front door, past the front twin bedroom, into an open living room/dining room where sliding glass doors open wide to reveal expansive views over the pool to the water! To tuhe right is the spacious king sized owner's suite w/upgraded private bath w/walk in tile shower, double bowl vanity & huge walk in closet. For access convenience there is a door to the pool/Lanai area. Back thru the Liv/Din room is the bright kitchen w/Corian counters, lots of cabinets, glass top range, fridge, microwave, double sink, bar/peninsula & desk area. A slidingwindow opens wide over the bar in the pool area to the kitchen for easy entertaining! The kitchen is stocked with just about every small appliance imaginable! Past the kitchen to the den you'll find lots of seating & another set of large sliding doors that open wide to an expansive outdoor living area. The private mosiac embellished & heated pool invites you to relax & rejuvenate! NEW SCREEN ENCLOSED LANAI! Outdoor patio off the lanai for grilling! A queen guest bedroom w/walk in closet & the main bath are off the hallway. From the spacious two car garage you'll enter in to the very large utility/laundry room w/extra wall OVEN, utility sink, washer/dryer & loads of cabinets. Another great amenity down the walkway from the patio is the boat dock w/cement bulkhead and a 10,000lb boat lift! All situated on deepwater Forked Creek! PLEASE NOTE: Boats or trailers may not be parked on the property for more than 3 days as neighborhood is deed restricted. Some boat trailers (20’) will fit in the garage, for others there are storage/parking lots nearby!

MONTHLY VACATION RENTAL: Rental period begins at noon on the FIRST day of the month and ends at noon on the LAST DAY of the month.

RATES: $5500 Per Month Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr & May. $4500 Per Month June thru Dec. PLUS Cleaning Fee $300. Plus required 13% Tax on rental & fees: State (7%), County (6%). A $1,000 Refundable Damage Deposit is required. 25% deposit of rental cost due upon reservation, full amount due 90 days prior to day 1 of rental period. Rates & availability subject to change until reservation is confirmed. Check In day 1 of rental period at noon & check out at noon last day of rental period. Cancellation Policy: Monthly renters who cancel at least 90 days prior to rental term start date will incur no penalty. Cancelling between 60-89 days renters will forfeit 50% of rent. Less than 60 days cancellation notice will result in refund of only the damage deposit, cleaning fee & pet fee if applicable. The basis for a month is 30 days, whether it’s 28 days or 31 days.

Our stay is from May through June. It's been 8 years that we have enjoyed your beach home and always look forward to our next summer again 2026. Linda & Bobby are the best hosts anyone could have. They have made the home so comfortable with plenty of beach towels and chairs, linens for the beds, etc. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking and grilling, and entertaining. Our grandchildren have had many years of exploring, fishing, boating, and teaching and call CasaClifton44 their Summer Beach Home. The pool is heated and has been refinished recently. It's just beautiful! The Lanai is the place to enjoy your morning coffee and watch the sunrise. The colors are beautiful waking up across the water. I just love that! The Dock is where the fun is. The fishing is always changing. This year we caught tarpon, snook, trout,snapper, tons of ladyfish, always fun. The manatees come right up to the dock, dolphin chase fish & feed right before our eyes. Truly is fun to watch. The neighborhood is clean and safe and the neighbors have become our close friends. Always there to help or just fish with. The boat lift does really well for our 17.5 Sportfisher Scout Boat. The location is perfect. Forked Cheek is deep water to navigate to ICW about 10 mins, no wake. Then you decide, north to Venice inlet, Snake Island or our favorite Stump Pass, ski alley for a day of Beautiful Turquoise Blue water for fishing & fun. Lemon Bay Park is about 10 mins.away for a walk through the pines and palmetto trees. You will see Gopher tortoises, marsh bunnies and lots of different birds on a 1 mile shell walkway, very safe. Manasota Beach is 10mins by car to beach the day away or just enjoy the most beautiful sunsets with colors beyond your imagination illuminating the waves. And yes we do consider it our Summer Beach Home away from home. Again, Thank you Linda & Bobby for years of memories and enjoyment.

Mark and Cathy R.Perfect Escape From Midwest Winter
We just spent the month of February for our 8th year. We honestly look forward to this all year. We were fortunate to find this home to rent years ago and have never been disappointed. Sitting outside on the lanai or on the swing watching the waterway is so peaceful and relaxing. We enjoy seeing dolphins, manatees, eagles, osprey, etc. The pool with its new heat pump heater allows you to enjoy the pool anytime. Linda and Bobby are the perfect hosts. They go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. The home is roomy and relaxing. We enjoy taking long walks around the neighborhood. The house is located very close to Manasota Beach. In the past we have brought our boat and enjoyed going to the ICW and exploring. This year we did not bring it but will next year. Super owners!We have enjoyed staying at this house for last two months. We really loved the water front location, sitting out on the brand new lanai looking for dolphins and the alligator drifting along, Jumping fish from the creek, fly of many different kind of birds in the morning and in the evening. Quiet home to come to, we felt safe in this area. The location is perfect, close enough to many interesting beaches. The house is comfortable, well equipped with little attentions in many places. We also appreciated the really heated pool. Linda and Bobby are absolutely the best hosts.Many tanks to let us spend this time in your house

We really enjoyed our stay at this terrific home! Linda and Bobby were very attentive hosts, the house was VERY clean, and it was stocked with absolutely everything we needed for the month. The best stocked rental we’ve ever had! We used the boat lift and enjoyed going places on the intercoastal waterway. The home was large enough to host our kids and grandkids for a weekend and we loved the pool and lanai area. Neighborhood felt very safe and the location was great for spending time in Englewood or Venice. Would definitely rent this home again!

We have enjoyed staying at this house for last 5-6 years. We really love the location, sitting out on the lanai looking for manatees, dolphins and the occasional alligator drifting along.The location is perfect- close enough to many interesting places to visit, but nice and quiet to come home to. The house is very well equipped and extremely comfortable. Very CLEAN. Linda and Bobby are absolutely the best hosts we have ever had - and we have rented many places. Every time we leave, we can't wait to come back!Absolutely love it.

Cathy R.Best Vacation House
We have stayed at this location for the past five years for the month of February. Bobby and Linda are super people to rent from. The house is perfect for our escape from winter. The neighborhood is quiet and provides plenty of area for walking or biking. Beaches are nearby via car or via boat. We use the boat lift and go from Forked Creek to the ICW to the beach. Even if the pool is still a little cool, we enjoy sitting in the lanai area watching all the birds and boats go by. We have even seen manatees and one small alligator. The home is immaculate and well stocked in the kitchen and bathroom. We highly recommend this home and the owners. Can’t wait for our next visit.
