This beautifully decorated, island style beach home can comfortably accommodate seven guests, and boast three en suite bedrooms, a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, private pool, endless water views, and a bayfront beach.

The first floor offers a high quality kitchen that any chef would enjoy cooking in. A gas stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher, ice machine, wine bar and all cooking utensils makes eating in a pleasure. However, the location of this home is situated amongst some of our finest restaurants, should you choose to venture out. Entertain in the open living space that offers views of the bay. The backyard oasis is right off the kitchen which allows for easy indoor/outdoor living. There is one queen bedroom, and one full bathroom that provides access from both the bedroom and living space.

The second floor offers two additional en suites with an additional lounge area with a wet bar, television and Peloton. Watch the sunset from the shaded side porch, or drink your morning coffee on the front balcony. The guest bedroom is equipped with two twins and a rollaway bed, while the master bedroom offers a king size bed and luxurious bathroom.

The backyard is its own tropical oasis that is surrounded by a privacy fence, lush tropical landscaping, and artificial grass. Splash in your very own pool, cook on the BBQ, or walk across the street to the private sandy beach that is only open to the few members on the neighboring street. This home is also equipped with beach chairs, coolers, pool and beach toys, a bike, and a two person kayak ready for you to soak up the sun and relax the day away.

To the left of the beach is another private swimming area, a tiki hut, picnic table and adirondack chairs where you can have a seat for the spectacular bayside sunsets. Bring your fishing rods to the marina and snatch up some mangrove snapper for dinner or just enjoy the pristine waters filled with marine life. You have a multitude of locations to sit and watch the sun set every afternoon. Dockage and boat ramp is limited to owners only, however Sunset Pointe Park is just around the corner where you can launch and retrieve your boat.

This smart home includes high speed internet so you can just as easily work from home or disconnect from it all. Come relax at the best kept secret in the Keys. This home has everything you need for a vacation of your dreams, at the tip of your fingers!
