We spent two weeks in Deerfield Beach at this rental. If you’re looking for an affordable place to stay this will fit the bill. To report newly renovated is a bit of a stretch. One bathroom has been nicely updated and perhaps the two bedrooms with twin beds. The kitchen and master bedroom and bathroom have not. The two beds that we used were very comfortable and I assume the other 3 are as well. We managed quite nicely in the kitchen, but a serious cook might struggle with the equipment available. Many of the articles throughout made me feel like I was visiting my grandmother’s home.The pool was great, but the fence did not provide privacy as there were many broken slats that would have worked as a source for privacy. They provided ample paper products and other necessities. The lovely lady that was our contact person was quick to respond. If it remains affordable I would be happy to rent it again.

First of all, the house perfectly corresponds to the pictures and description on the website. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly and residential. The beaches are nearby and parking, even on the weekend, is no problem. All types of shops, restaurants and shopping centers are a few minutes away. The house is big, comfortable and is decorated with taste. The huge patio looking out on the pool is great for a pre-dinner drink. All the kitchen equipment is easy to use, there are 6 lounge chairs around the beautiful pool with crystal clear water. A delight for any vacationer.

This house is newly renovated, modern & clean with loads of space. It has everything you will need, in the kitchen & throughout. Excellent value. Our favourite part is the wonderful 8 foot glass door that fully opens the house to the relaxing lanai. Add the sparkling clean pool to finish a peaceful view. Eleonora was 100% welcoming & accommodating. Easy access to local beaches (by car). Highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this comfortable home. It was clean and provided lots of room for the five of us. The beach is a 10 minute drive away and the pool refreshing. (Not heated) There are many restaurants and shopping close by. The owner’s daughter greeted us and was very helpful throughout. We would definitely stay there again!

We really enjoyed staying at this house, it was very confortable and cozy. The house was clean and we had everything we needed to enjoy our month in Florida. We would have like to have the pool heated since the weather in December and January is not that hot, the pool being too cold to swim, we didn’t really used it.

My thanks to Mrs. Marina Lini for allowing me to stay at her lovely home for our vacation to Florida and for employing such a blessed and wonderful guest host as Mrs. Vanessa, I can't say enough about her; she was a God sent, everything that tried to go wrong on our vacation she came to the rescue and fixed. Train was late and rental car dealer closed, called Mrs. Vanessa to explain and she said No Worry I'll pick you up and went out her way even more to carry us to the restaurant and grocery store for food. That's service and I know she was not required to do this because the agreement only stated she would let me in the house between 5pm-6pm and I offered to compensate her for aiding me and she refused and said we must be ready to help one another in times of need. Being around her made me feel there is still hope for Florida and weather we ever meet again or not, I thank her for confirming a way of life that I also practice, although money is important in everyday living the love of it don't rule over me. I pray the Lord continue to Bless all the good you Mrs. Vanessa desire to do. Thanks, thanks you made my 1st. stay in Florida a blessed and enjoyable time. the house was wonderful and clean and the pool a plus.
