WATER VIEW ONE BEDROOM PENTHOUSE CONDO:
Charming and bright 1 bedroom Condo with 1 KING BED in Bedroom and a Queen Bed in the Living room.
Penthouse, or 7th floor, has high 9 foot ceilings.
Lovely Screened Lanai is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee, or tea, watching the Sunrise. It doesn't get much better than that. Leave the Bedroom Hurricane sliders wide open for direct access to Lanai. Tile flooring throughout the condo. Fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for meal preparation. Full bathroom with tub and shower (and safety bars), and plenty of fresh towels, linens, and beach towels too. Fast wireless internet, cable/internet/DVR TV's in bedroom and living room. Our vacation condo is kept extra clean with thorough cleanings before and after each stay. And yes, we wash all the bedding, bedspreads, blankets and comforters with every reservation. One covered carport is included with your stay. There are open Guest Spots by the Marina if needed.
SPECTACULAR water views from EVERYWHERE in this Condo, from the moment you open your front door you see the water views of Sarasota Bay; also from the living/dining area, from the spacious Bedroom, and of course from the screened lanai.
WATER FILTRATION SYSTEM INSTALLED:
Owner has installed a Reverse Osmosis Water Filtration System at the Kitchen Sink (has its own spigot on the left side of the sink) so no need to buy bottled water. Limitless supply, and filters are changed out quarterly.
HARBOR TOWERS YACHT & RACQUET CLUB:
This Resort on Siesta Key is located in the middle of the Island, and is about 0.5 miles to Siesta Key Main Beach (ten minute walk). Harbor Towers has 2 Heated Pools (one just for small kids), 3 Lighted Clay Tennis Courts, Marina, Fitness Gym with Locker Rooms & Sauna, Kayak Launch, Bike & Kayak Storage, Spacious inside/outside seating areas, Pool & Ping Pong Table, Gazebo on a little island with barbecue grills and chaise lounge chairs to enjoy the waterway. There is plenty of room for fishing, and Harbor Towers has a stainless steel table with night lights, out by the waterway walkway, where you can clean your fish.
Harbor Towers Resort is a 7 story condo with a gated entrance, circular driveway to the front doors, and a lovely waterfalls out front. There is a spacious lobby with lots of inside seating, a large ballroom for indoor dining with a Pool table, and communal Kitchen, with more outside seating/dining as well. There is a walkway around the resort, and to the marina, kayak, and tennis areas. There is also a separate island with a Gazebo, and benches for sitting along the waterway. Manatees and dolphins have been spotted!
SIESTA KEY TROLLEY TO VILLAGE:
Leave your car behind and take the SK Trolley to the Village for dinner and drinks. The Trolley stops right outside Harbor Towers at our gated entrance. Avoid having to find a parking spot in Siesta Key Village during the high season.
BEACH AND PICKLEBALL:
Easy 10-20 minute walk over to Siesta Key Main Beach, which is often rated the #1 Beach in America. The condo has 2 beach chairs and beach towels for guests. You can also rent beach chairs, lounge chairs and umbrellas right at the Beach.
And for Pickleball players, there are 8 new and lighted Pickleball courts open to the Public that are right before the Siesta Key Main beach, easy ten minute walk. They have an open signup for Pickleball where everyone gets a chance to rotate in.
