Light, airy and modern, Unit 205 is a 3BR/3BA, 2250 sf condo that offers a quiet and spacious oasis directly above beautiful Daytona Beach - one of America's finest - and close to many of the attractions of central Florida. We are a few minutes from downtown Daytona Beach and the iconic Daytona International Speedway is 15 minutes away. You can reach Orlando, St. Augustine or Kennedy Space Center within an hour. Disney World is approximately 90 minutes away. The property has 2 oceanfront pools, one with a hot tub an indoor pool and hot tub, fitness room, his and hers saunas and two billiard tables.
We have recently renovated this unit with custom granite counters in all bathrooms, new tile floors, hand made kitchen light fixtures, new LG smart fridge, original artwork from Bali, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and more. The master suite features a large bedroom, huge walk-in closet, a large bath with walk-in shower with rain shower and hand spray, twin sinks and a large soaking tub. The well equipped kitchen includes everything to prepare gourmet meals. All bedrooms and the living area have TVs - most with cable and access to Netflix, Amazon and other apps. And of course you have a beautiful ocean view the moment you enter the unit!
The unit is cleaned and disinfected at each cleaning according to CDC protocols. Our HVAC system is equipped with a UV light filter to remove viruses, mold, viruses and bacteria.
Smoking is prohibited in the unit, on the lanai and in common areas of the St Maarten. Pets are not allowed.
Primary renters must be 25 or older. No spring breakers or college students please.
This property requires stays of 14 days, however we can reserve stays of 7 days by blocking off the additional dates. Please contact me for details.

This property is located in Daytona Beach Shores, a quiet residential area a few miles south of downtown Daytona Beach - close enough to enjoy the action but also peace and quiet! There is an excellent Museum of Arts and Sciences and art museum just across the Halifax River (the intracoastal). Daytona is home to Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and Bethune Cookman University.
We are walking distance to several restaurants, grocery stores and ice cream shops with MANY more just a few minutes drive away. Nearby you can rent bikes (including powered electric ones!), golf carts, surf and paddle boards, take surf lessons, and fishing and SCUBA trips.

I wish there was a 10 Star rating!! Everything about this condo was fabulous! It is spacious, every room was beautiful, and it was spotless! The kitchen had the very best amenities. The complex was very well maintained as well. The owner was responsive if we had questions. We hated to leave can't wait for to return next year ️

My husband and I stayed in Condo 205 last month. Every room was beautiful. The kitchen had all the best amenities and was fully stocked. The king bed in the master was very comfortable. The living room had two new couches and the TV worked beautifully. The location of the St. Maarten is great. We have stayed at St. Maarten several other times and Todd's condo is one of the best. We will call him again next year.

I am from Romania and stayed with my family 10 days in this condo. We had great time , all rooms/,bathrooms/ kitchen are new and very clean like in a 5 stars hotel . We had acces to inside and outsite pool even late in the night and of course to the beach. We traveled a lot and this condo was one of the most beautiful space of accomodation. We were very happy to stay here. I note this condo with a great 10 !!!!!
