Ponce Inlet is a quiet community on the southern tip of the barrier island that includes Daytona Beach. It is far enough south of Daytona to have a quiet, peaceful stay yet close enough to visit any amenities you would like.
The road does not go south to any other destinations, so there is no through traffic with people speeding to their destination.
This area does not allow vehicles on the beach.
Also, there are not multiple high rise condos next to each other. And this condo is next to the nature preserve. So it is not crowded and you feel like you have the entire beach to yourself.

This was our second stay at unit 103. Perfect location to all the places we enjoy. Beautiful view of the beach. Pool and beach access are steps from the condo. The building is secure with ample parking. Would be nice if the beautiful pool were heated in the “winter” months there so more people would utilize it. Other than that, perfect for us in every way. Rob very accommodating and responds quickly to any questions. We look forward to our stay again this year.

We have just spent a month in this condo. It was our favorite vacation in a long time. The condo was clean, nicely updated and very comfortable. It was great being on the first floor, just steps to pool and a few more to beach yet we still had an ocean view from the couch as we drank our coffee every morning. We hope we can book this same condo again next year. The host was very easy to work with and kept us updated on things we needed to know. The Bloodworth family and friends.

Lindsey L.Sunrises bring joy
Each morning we were able to watch the sunrise from inside the condo, right above the ocean. The view of the ocean and pool was so beautiful. The condo was just the right size for 6 women on our Jesus retreat, not too small and had the perfect beach cozy feel. Location is great! walking trails, quiet area, short walk to the nature preserve, and short to the famous North Turn restaurant, and 4 minute drive to the lighthouse park. Clean, extra blankets, and all the extra were provided. We did not hear noice from any other condo units around us. We will be back!

The condo is in a perfect location! Watch the sunrise directly in front of the patio or make the super short trek to the beach. The beach is wide with white sand and the water is beautiful which are perfect conditions for long walks. The condo was extremely clean with updated decor and fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware etc. to make it easy to eat at “home”. Towels were nice and in great condition! Owner was very responsive and helpful in answering questions. Racing’s North Turn is a great spot for drinks or a meal out without having to drive since it is just a short distance down the road or beach. Large outdoor covered patio and bar in addition to seating inside. Flying into Daytona Beach International Airport was super easy and Lyft was just $30-40 each way (approx. 30 min ride). You can’t go wrong with this condo! We will absolutely be returning!

Incredible ocean view! Was able to completely relax and enjoy the early morning and late night walks on the beach(super easy access to beach w/security gate)Great location and a nature lovers paradise with ponce preserve within walking distance.The pool right off the deck was super convenient and I loved the 2 huge sliding glass doors so you could see the ocean sitting from the living room!Condo was super cute and clean with all the amenities for cooking.
