Our family of 4 spent the month in this lovely home with plenty of space for guests and family to come for cookouts. All the beds were very comfortable and the house had everything one would need during their stay. We enjoyed the pool and the large jetted tub after longs days at the beach. Gulf beaches within 15 to 20min drive. Stores, restaurants, shopping centers all short drive. Home was clean and maintained well. Owner good with communication. Overall I can't say enough how wonderful the home is and we are already looking over schedule for next year so we can book ASAP. Thanks again Alban for allowing us to stay.

Bill L.A perfect home away from home!
This home has all the boxes checked. The place is maticulously maintained and has anything you need to enjoy your stay. In a quiet neighborhood near most anything you might want.(Stores, restaurants, beaches, etc.) We especially enjoyed the heated pool and the the large screen TV. In a nutshell, we like everything about the place and intend to return again in November. Can't wait!!

Home was as described. Very nice home and a pleasure to stay at. All appliances were newer and everything worked . Pool and lanai area were functioning and was very enjoyable. House was clean and as presented. I enjoyed my stay and would rent again. The owner was easy to deal with and everything was as presented. Would be great for a family to rent. 3 bedroom house with two bathroom and a pool . All good! Happy renter Bruce

Albana home is in a great location. Right bear the center of Rotunda West. Close to beaches, (15 mins), close to dinning (10 mins) close to groceries (5 mins). House is clean and beautiful. 3 bed 2 bath. Spacious livingroom and kitchen. Pool was warm and relaxing. Bluetooth stereo that also works outside was an awesome touch. TV outside too so could watch golf from the pool. Alban communicated perfectly. We highly recommend his place!

Clean and comfortable home in a community with easy access to Manasota Key and Gaspirilla Island beaches. Only a couple miles away from Cape Haze Pioneer Trailhead and many environmental parks are within 10-15 minute drive. The lanai has especially good placement for enjoying morning sunrises and the warm pool makes for relaxing swimming. Owner is a good communicator and responsive to questions. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly return.

Our stay was the best we've had so far. We've been coming to SW Florida for over 40 years and have stayed in a variety of homes. This one truly checks all of the boxes. From the cleanest and most comfortable to the most conveniently located and well maintained. Add to the fact that questions and communication are taken care of in a quick pleasant manner and you have what I call the Best. Looking forward to coming back next year.

Wir haben im August/September zwei Wochen in Rotonda verbracht und können die Villa nur empfehlen. Die Lage ist perfekt, zu den Stränden fährt man nicht weit und wer gerne shoppen möchte, wird in Port Charlotte sicher fündig. Für den täglichen Bedarf ist ganz in der Nähe ein Dollar Tree und ein großer Wallmart. Für uns war es, nach vielen Urlauben in Cape Coral und Fort Myers, ein echtes Highlight, jeden Morgen die kurze Strecke zum Englewood Beach zu fahren, um dort den Sonnenaufgang zu genießen. Der Parkplatz dort ist bis 10 Uhr und ab 16 Uhr kostenfrei. Das Haus ist unglaublich sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute sehr wohl gefühlt. Dass sich der Vermieter so gut um alle Angelegenheiten gekümmert hat, haben wir bei anderen Objekten auch noch nie erlebt. Jeder Frage wurde umgehend und freundlich beantwortet. Der Pool ist wunderbar, wir haben ihn täglich genutzt. Die Sitzgelegenheit mit dem Tisch ist eine tolle Idee. Wir würden sofort wieder bei Alban mieten und bedanken uns für die wundervolle Zeit, die wir dort verbringen durften.

I spent 2 weeks in this beautiful house with my 2 kids. We had everything there. The pool is amazing and unique with the table in the water. The pool heater heats very good and also my youngest girl felt comftable in the warm water. The house was very clean and we had some other rentals in the past. I would definitly book again. Very nice and Attentive owner.

Alban's home is a great layout for a small family or 1 or 2 couples; very modern and upgraded appliances and everything you might need. The separated master bedroom from other bedrooms a nice feature. The lanai was very comfortable and the pool was very refreshing and nicely heated. Alban was a gracious host and responsive to the few minor questions we had; should our schedules match his availability in the future we would no hesitate to return.

we spent 3 weeks in this beautiful house. The house is very clean. The furnitures are high quality. Everything you need is really there. Alban is an attentive host. He answered any questions in short time. The pool can be heated with a heat pump. We particularly liked the seating with a table in the pool - our absolute favorite spot. The house is on a corner lot in a very quiet area. We would like to stay longer and would book the house again at any time.
