Come enjoy resort-style living at Ponce Inlet’s Harbour Village. This large open floor plan one-bedroom, one full-bath, one half-bath condo perches directly on the marina offering breathtaking views of the slipped vessels, natural estuary, and Intracoastal Waterway.

The condo has been currently updated to include all new appliances, all new furnishings, and fresh paint. The condo includes a secure, keypad-entry into the lobby, assigned covered parking in the secure ground-level garage, bicycle racks, and a climate-controlled storage unit for fishing gear, tennis racquets, golf clubs, and other beach-living toys.

This 170-acre community stretches from the Atlantic Ocean on the east to the Intracoastal Waterway on the west, 102 acres of which are an untouched natural preserve. The other meticulously maintained 68 acres are dedicated to the resort’s copious amenities, which include 142-slip marina, a fulltime dockmaster, ice machine, nature boardwalks through the estuary, a sunset/fishing pier, seven pools, four clay tennis courts, a 9-hole par 3 golf course, an oceanfront beach club with sauna and steam rooms, two clubhouses, an onsite pub/restaurant, several work-out facilities, a guarded and gated entry into the community, and a fulltime staff. A 42’ boat slip is available to rent for an additional cost.

Ponce Inlet sits on the southern end of a quaint peninsula, no more than a mile wide and tipped with an iconic lighthouse. The quiet community of just over 3000 residents is buffered by white sandy beaches to the east, surrounded by water on all sides, and home to all walks of flora and fauna, from blue herons to roseate spoonbills, to red mangroves and grand oaks.
