The upscale dining set features seating for 6 or add the panels & seat more guests. The lanai has seating for 6 as well with an expandable table also.

Location was what initially attracted us to The Sanctuary. Out your back door is Florida nature at its best between Lemon Bay Conservancy and Amberjack Environmental Park. However, our experience has proved this condo community has so much more to offer. This beautifully furnished condo is the ultimate place to reside. Every detail ensures a clean, comfortable, worry-free stay with quality furnishings. Although there are many restaurants nearby, we enjoyed making meals in the fully equipped kitchen or grilling outdoors. The living spaces are designed for visits from family or friends whether indoors or outdoors in the screened in balcony. There is ample closet and storage space. Skylights and large windows with great views will brighten any day. The beds are very comfortable with quality bedding and linens.We were made to feel welcome and included by The Sanctuary community from day one. Activities we enjoyed were pickleball, the heated pool, golf, community events, hiking, bicycling, and numerous trips to nearby Gulf beaches.The condo owners were very responsive to any questions and we can’t thank them enough. If you have the rare opportunity to stay in this condo at The Sanctuary don’t hesitate…grab it. We look forward to future stays!

Yes, the condo is located second to the end of the condos.It is a dead end street. The entry way is well marked & no traffic except for the folks living or staying at The Sanctuary.
