This two-story 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhome sleeps 8 people max and is located in The main level offers a master bedroom suite, w/ King Bed, Day bed and private en suite full bath. (Please note the trundle bed in the master has been removed) The living room has seating space filled with a sofa, TV and half bathroom. The dining room seats 6 along with extra seating at the kitchen bar. 2nd floor offers a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. 2nd Master bedroom filled with a King bed and TV. Bedroom 3 features a Queen bed & TV and Bedroom 4 offers a Queen Bed; each bedroom has a tv.
Gulf Highlands Beach Resort is a gated community that requires a code to enter the resort. There are 11 pools on property, 5 are heated seasonally. The largest pool looks out directly onto the gulf & includes a clubhouse with a restaurant & snack bar. The resort has a fitness center, 18-hole mini golf course, shuffleboard court & kids' playground.
Parking: Max 2 cars can park in designated spots – No Exceptions
No more than 2 vehicles are allowed. No oversized vehicles or trailers. The resort has 2 designated parking spaces for each unit. We do not allow overflow parking. More than 2 vehicles the resort will tow, and you possibly could be evicted with no refund. No exceptions to this rule.
Please note prior to booking there is a 25-age requirement to book this condo. Person who books must be 25 at the time of booking & present during the entire stay. Please also, note everyone in the party must be 25 or older unless under 18 & accompanied by somebody 25 or older. This is strictly enforced. We do not allow 3rd party bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement of all guests upon check in guests will be evicted and will not be refunded for the stay. After booking a signed rental agreement & a copy of the person driver's license who booked will be requested. Rental Agreement & Driver's license must be sent back within 48 hours of booking to secure your reservation. If no signed rental agreement & driver's license is sent back within 48 hours guests forfeit reservation & will not be refunded.
This property does not allow Spring Breakers under 25 years of age. Absolutely no exceptions.
No outside golf carts or scooters are allowed within the resort.
There is a golf cart parked at the unit. It's for the owner's personal use & is not included with the rental.
This unit is not pet friendly. If we are notified that you have a pet in the home, you will be evicted immediately with no refund. If any evidence of a pet is found during inspection after your checkout you will be charged a $500.00 violation fee.
No smoking if any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine.
Check In Time is 4pm check out time is 10AM if you are not out of the unit by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged 50.00 per half hour charge.
Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am. If we are notified by security of guests be disturbing to others, you could be evicted with no refund.
No unregistered guests allowed in the property; violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given. We do not allow extra guests - including children of any age, we count heartbeats - and only allow the number of occupants, that the unit sleeps. This unit sleeps 8 people max per the fire marshal. No exceptions. If the fire marshal is called to the unit because you are over the legal occupancy, you will be responsible for the fine associated with him coming out.
Failure to take out trash or excessive cleans caused from guest's additional charges will apply. The management company will have the right to charge the guest between $150.00- $300.00 for failing to abide by this rule.
Please note we only provide a starter pack of Amenities, just to get you through the first night.
One roll of paper towels, 1 toilet paper for each bathroom, 1 trash bag for each trashcan, 1 sponge for the kitchen, 1 cascade, 2 pods for laundry, 1 bar soap, 1 shampoo for each bathroom, & 1 conditioner for each bathroom. We do not provide these items for your entire stay.
We respectfully ask all guests not to move the furniture around. All the furniture must be placed back where it was found. During the checkout inspection if furniture is moved around & not put back additional charges will apply. Check in is 4pm central on the day of arrival & checkout is 10am central on the day of departure. We do not allow early check ins. By booking guest agrees to wait to go to the property until the 4pm check in time or when you have been told by the office that the unit is ready.
RING CAMERA NOTICE: For your protection & ours, we have a ring camera on the front door which records audio and video of the entrance. Also, located in the back. Do not tamper with or cover the cameras. If you cover or tamper with the cameras - you could be evicted & no refunds will be given.
