We have plenty of room for everyone and everything you need! The kitchen and linens are fully stocked, the pool is perfect, fishing poles are ready, kayaks and paddleboard are provided...what more do you need? Why this property? Our Ormond Beach home is our second home. We fell in love with Ormond Beach our first visit and immediately started looking for a house. This property was love at first sight for us! We put our heart and soul into this home and while we know it is not perfect, it is home to us!

We have been going to this beautiful home every year since 2012. We have never been disappointed, in fact we could not have asked for a better maintained home, if there ever was a need (which there rarely was) it was addressed quickly and completely. The homeowners are very gracious and answer any questions you may have. The home is always clean upon our arrival, and everything is always beautifully maintained. There is plenty of room for the entire family, the pool in the back yard is amazing for swimming at the end of the day while you grill dinner on the gas grill in the back yard. There is a table with an umbrella so you can eat your meals outside to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. You can spend the day pool side or go the beach to catch your Florida sunshine. The pool has a sun-shelf so you can lounge in the sun and still stay cool, there is also an umbrella that goes in the sun-shelf so you can get a rest from all the sunshine and still be able to enjoy the water. The intercoastal with a public dock is directly across the street, convenient for early morning or late evening fishing or just watching the abundant wildlife. You can often see the dolphins swimming up the river early in the morning. The beach with public access and plenty of parking is a short 3 blocks away. The shopping is convenient with a grocery store on the island and several just across the bridge on the mainland. There are lots of restaurants to choose from both on the island and a short drive away across the bridge. You could not ask for a more perfect vacation spot. Whether you want quite family time or you want to enjoy going in some of the restaurants close to house or down in Daytona a short 15-minute drive away or try something over on the mainland. There is something for everyone! We never miss a year, and as soon as our vacation is over, we are already looking forward to the next year!!

If you are looking for an amazing Beach house to rent I strongly suggest this beach house! It is beautiful inside and outside it's walking distance to the beach but it also has an in ground pool! I love to look at the beach but love a pool better! It's the best of both worlds! This is the perfect place to stay! The Owners are awesome people and again we've stayed here for the last 4 of 5 years wouldn't stay anywhere else!
