Our Edgewater Beach Resort Condo is updated, clean and in excellent condition. Bask in the sun on your large balcony overlooking the pool and the Gulf of Mexico. The view is unbelievable from this balcony, and the master bedroom views do not disappoint! Wall of floor to ceiling windows, and a door leading to the balcony! There are only a few 1 bedroom deluxe condos at Edgewater and this condo has a very spacious floor plan. The condo is extremely large with over 1000 square feet of living area. The massive master bedroom suite and the living area both open onto the gulf front balcony. You will find everything up to date, including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, flat panel Televisions and free wireless internet. This condo sleeps 4 comfortably.

My husband and I had originally booked a reservation for the same week at another resort that was under-going renovations. Farah proactively contacted us to let us know that the original property that had been reserved would be significantly impacted due to construction delays and graciously offered the option of being transferred to this condo at Edgewater Beach Resort. We had an amazing time and will most definitely be returning guests in the future. The condo was well-appointed and beyond comfortable. The views were phenomenal- truly a memorable experience!

Our little family of 3 had a great stay last week! The main living room area is big for just a one bedroom. The bedroom is pretty big too, which I loved because we could spread out our bags. It was decorated exactly how I would decorate it if it were ours. The couches/bed were comfortable and everything was super clean. We liked having 2 bathrooms because I could bathe our 3 year old while my husband showered so that was nice. The curtains are room darkening which I’m super particular about but they worked great. We were there in extreme heat so in the afternoons, the bedroom gets pretty toasty. We never opened the curtains but it was still hot in there. It was cooled down by the time we went to sleep at night, the air worked great. We’ve been staying at Edgewater for 10 years and this was probably the nicest room we’ve had. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!

Mariko A.Cozy and clean condo that overlooks the beach, pool and hot tub
We had the pleasure of spending the last week of May in this beautiful beach front condo in Edgewater resort. The view from its balcony overlooking the beach, the pool and the hot tub was very nice. The beach water temperature was perfect. We walked to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner at Ocean Bar and Grill which is conveniently located between Tower I and Tower II almost every day. Their food and drinks never disappoint and loved their hot pepper Bloody Mary for breakfast. Edgie’s market in Tower I was convenient when we ran out of sunblock spray, needed soft drinks and craved Starbucks coffee. We had such a great vacation thanks to this amazing Edgewater resort.

Loved the unit! Nice and clean and everything was in good condition. Bed was comfy too! I am down about once a month for work and this was one of the better units I have rented. Farah is awesome as well! She checks in and is quick to answer any questions you may have! Great customer service! Highly recommend!

We rented the condo specifically for the Gulf Coast Ironman 2024. It could not have been more perfect as far as location, the race transition area was right outside the front door!! It was perfect for the two of us. Clean and spacious with a great porch for looking out over the gulf or pool, it was totally stress free. The kitchen was well stocked for making meals and anything you might want as far as groceries or restaurants was nearby. (I suggest Firefly which is a very short walk.) The bed and couch were very comfortable, and everything worked flawlessly. Laundry is a bonus. Farah, our host was very responsive and answered all our questions before and during our stay. We are looking forward to another stay and would recommend this condo in particular for a stress-free stay.

Great condo, right on the beach with unbeatable views. The condo itself is very clean, well appointed and excellent for the two of us for a week. Pools and hot tub are quite nice and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, including one just steps away. Beach has the best sand anywhere. We'll go again.

We booked this condo for a last minute trip and do not have enough nice things to say! Firstly, Farah was our vacation host and made the booking and check in process seamless. She was also available during our stay if any questions came up. This was our first stay at Edgewater Resort and I realize the property isn’t the newest on the strip, but the property itself was clean and maintained. The elevators are fast. The on-site restaurant is perfect after a long travel day. The condo itself has been updated and is clean and comfortable! Feels like home away from home. The master bedroom has a comfortable King size bed and the living room has a pull out couch bed (Queen size possibly). 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, washer and dryer. I’m not sure I can vacation without these things now!! Oh, and this place is quiet. I never heard any street noise or partying noise from the pool areas at night. If you’ve ever stayed at a noisy place you know what I’m talking about!!

My sister and I came down for my 60th birthday. The property was well managed and Farah was super nice!! Our condo in tower 2 rm 604 was gorgeous! We had a beautiful balcony view of the ocean where we enjoyed our coffee each morning. If you are thinking of visiting PCB beach, Edge Water Resorts is the place to stay. It was family friendly and I plan to visit again.

We had a great stay! The weather decided to bring winter back for most of our stay, but the heated pools and hot pools( my daughters name for hot tub) kept us having fun. The view was very nice, you can see dolphin, schools of fish, and even the occasional school of cow nose rays riding in the swells close to the beach. Bring a hood pair of binoculars and you spy on the fisherman just down the beach of the walk on fishing pier. All around a good time and located Brett close to lots of food and entertainment

This rental condo was perfect, we have stayed at Edgewater for over 25 years. This is our favorite room setup. The views are perfect, everything was in working order. No problems at all. The Edgewater property has been under a new management and all of the amenities have been repaired and kept up. I was impressed at the changes in upkeep since we were there in August 2022. Very nice. My home away from home.

Aug 2022. Stayed in Tower 2 on the beach. Great location, condo was exactly as described and pictured. Very neat and tidy. It has absolutely everything you could need while away from home. Plenty of towels, wash cloths, coffee pot/keurig combo. Washer and dryer worked great. Spectacular views from the bedroom and living room. Gated security upon entering the premises, very polite. Grounds and pools very clean every day. The resort was full of entertainment daily and had great nightly activities, even played a movie during a night swim one night at the pools. Steel Drums and music during the day. Lots of fun for all ages. Food at the Ocean’s grill and bar on site, delicious. Would recommend staying at Edgewater on the beachfront to anyone searching. We had a nice trip and overall good experience. Our contact for our unit Farah was easy to reach, quickly responded and addressed any questions quickly. Very pleased!
