Guest room has two twin storage beds, nightstand, wall closet, and ceiling fan. Guest bathroom (tub & shower) is right off of the guest bedroom. Side by side full size washer & dryer are out of view behind bifold doors in hallway closet. The main living area features an open concept kitchen (with large four seat island) including side by side refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and range/oven, dining area / nook that faces the pond and golf course, and great room with couch, two recliners, wall mounted smart TV, and ceiling fan. Sliding glass door access to the screened in lanai that houses two comfortable Adirondack chairs and side table - perfect spot to relax, watch golfers, feel the breeze, and watch the evening sunset!

Punta Gorda is a quaint little town with charm that gives you a cozy warm feeling when being there. Heritage Landing Golf & Country Club, a gated community, is just 10 minutes east off I-75. It is a short 15 minute car ride to Punta Gorda Regional Airport, and 45 minutes from Fort Meyers (RSW) airport. The downtown and neighboring Port Charlotte area offer numerous dining, shopping, and attraction experiences to satisfy all tastes and budgets.

Sandra's in Punta Gorda is a great authentic German restaurant - delicious Schnitzel & priced right.
Tamiami Tavern on 41 serves a great breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Always busy.
The Tiki Bar on the grounds is a great casual place to go - daily specials, moderately priced, and very very good food and drinks. About 1 mile from the condo.
There is a full service restaurant located in the community clubhouse, right next to the golf pro shop. This accomodates those wanting to dine in a more "dressy casual" setting.
Many Mexican restaurants in the area - we haven't found a bad one yet!

Jessica T.Heritage Landing 4th Floor Condo
We spent a month at Heritage Landing and highlights were the golf, as this condo had the golf package, which was important to us, and the great view of the 11th green and the mangroves beyond in a Florida State Park. The complex has a bar at the main pool that we walked to frequently. Heritage Landing was a few mile drive from everything else: groceries, restaurants, bars, a cash machine, etc.

Excellent condo brand new condition. Everything you need to be comfortable. Bed comfortable. Condo was perfect. Amenities at heritage Landing 5 star. Golf course was amazing well groomed. Resort pool and tiki bar was great. I enjoyed the pickle ball and awesome gym with brand new equipment. My only complaint was not enough umbrellas around the pools. Punta Gorda is a little bit of a drive to beaches but we managed. Loved Heritage Landing we are returning.

My wife and I just had a nice one month stay in this 4th floor unit. If you like golf, you’ll be in heaven. Heritage landing is the best golf course in the area. The day we arrived the Tiki bar opened. The Tiki bar is located right next to a really nice pool. There’s a nice workout area and pickle ball courts. Punta Gorda is just a few miles away. We loved going there for the restaurants and water views. One of the best parts of our stay was the people at Heritage Landing. Everyone we met would invite us to play golf or pickle ball. Or just have a drink. The condo itself was perfect. You have your own covered parking spot. And a pool just steps away. We will definitely be back.

My wife and I spent the month of November, 2022 in thsi fully equiped and nicely decorated two bedroom 4th floor condo that over looked the 11th green. The sunsets each evening were fantastic.
