It boasts 1800 sq feet of luxury with 3 beautiful bedrooms and 2 spacious bathrooms. The Community was built within a park-like setting, containing mature trees and landscaping, nine lakes and two large, protected preserves.
Resort living at its finest - our home is only a few feet away from pool and a 5-6 minute walk to the fitness center, resort style pool and BBQ grills.
This first-floor home with private entrance features a 180 degree lake view from the large Lanai and has an attached, one-car garage. The front door has a keypad entry system that only requires a code to open the door making lost keys a thing of the past. Ceramic tile throughout the entire home!
The bright airy kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including glass-top stove, side-by-side refrigerator with water dispenser and ice maker, dishwasher, built-in microwave and garbage disposal. Other conveniences include coffee maker, toaster, air-fryer, cookware, dishes, glassware and cutlery.
Kitchen also has a walk-in pantry, an eating area with table and chairs.
The spacious dining rooms boasts a coffered ceiling with large dining table and seating for 6. Dining table can expand to seat 8 comfortably.
The large comfy family room includes a queen sofabed, with a smart tv.
The Primary bedroom features a king size bed, large dresser with mirror, a walk-in closet, 45 inch smart tv, ceiling fan, private access to lanai and lots of natural light. The spacious master en-suite features a large spa tub with separate over-sized walk-in shower and double sinks.
The 2nd bedroom features a queen size bed, large closet, ceiling fan, large dresser and lots of natural light.
The 3rd bedroom a queen size bed, a nightstand, a dresser, an armoire and ceiling fan.
The second bathroom includes tub and shower combo with sink and cabinet.
Laundry room includes washer and dryer and has direct access to the one-car garage. Also included is an iron and ironing board as well as a vacuum cleaner.
Over-sized screened-in lanai features beautiful lake views with patio table w/ 4 chairs and sectional couch.

Within 5 minute walking distance of the home you will find the 6,000 square foot clubhouse and lifestyle center. Outside the clubhouse you will find a tropical heated swimming pool, in-ground spa, poolside tiki bar and gas grills. These amenities are connected by an expansive sun deck. Inside the clubhouse you will find a media lounge with big screen TV and regulation billiards table. The exercise center is well equipped with health and fitness equipment.

2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
3. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Guest is responsible for all damages incurred to the property or its contents during their stay.

6. Pets are NOT allowed.
7. Parking:
Parking is limited to 1 vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road or in the guest areas is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
8. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit as well as beach towels; daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. Renter agrees to wash and dry all towels and bed sheets prior to leaving the unit at the end of their rental period. All dishes etc. are to be left exactly as found, clean and in their cupboards. Please ensure coffee machine and any kitchen appliances are turned off before your leave.
