Our spacious ground floor condo has all the room and amenities you'll need for your Marco Island retreat just steps away from the beach. The large fully equipped kitchen will let you cook together as a family or a couple that likes room! The common space is also tremendous with views off the lanai of the wonderfully landscaped grounds and boats of Florentine Gardens.
Leave your car and pack up the beach chairs, cooler and toys and walk right over to Marco Island's beautiful South Public Beach Access. The location of this ground floor unit makes for an easy stroll to your all day beach activities. Or just go watch the sunset and enjoy a drink at the Sunset Grill also just a couple of minutes walk away.
Relax in the pool and hot tub after a day at the beach or keep up the activities with a game of pickle ball or kayak in the intercoastal. Our place is the perfect launch pad for your Marco Island beach vacation!

About the owner: Hi,
I am a CPA and I've lived around the country but feel there's no place like Florida. While my family loves living in Boulder, Colorado, our hearts are in Florida.
My wife and I enjoy walking and running on the beach, picking up shells, fishing, kayaking, and renting boats. There's no shortage of great food in Marco and we make sure to get out to many restaurants during our stays.

We stayed for two months and loved the property that is well equipped and very quiet. Close to the pool and a short walk to south beach. The owner is a communicator and our stay with easy and comfortable. Would not hesitate to book this property!

The location is perfect and the condo was super clean and well maintained. The condo had everything we needed. The community is lovely and we enjoyed hanging out at the pool. The best- its such a quick walk to the beach and we watched the sunset over the ocean every night. We will definitely be back!
