We stayed Jan-Mar 24. The owner Sott Sklar was pleasant attentive and generous to a fault, a great landlord! The minor issues we had were promptly resolved beyond our expectations. The unit is spacious with a functional, comfortable floorplan and was immaculately clean upon arrival! The kitchen is well stocked. The beach is literally a long stone's throw away. The neighborhood is generally quiet and we felt very secure throughout our stay. As bonus we saw multiple launches from comfort of the back porch...we will be back!

This place was perfect.... Quiet, safe, dog friendly and a super comfortable bed. The space is open, inviting and fully stocked. We stayed January through March and thoroughly enjoyed our time. We watched 11 launches from SpaceX, one right from the lanai. The beach is right there and it's clean and not crowded. The ocean is beautiful and clean as well. We would definitely return to this spot. Loved having the library right up the street with great yoga classes. Also enjoyed the First Friday events within walking distance. We met friendly people throughout our stay and look forward to coming back to stay again.

My family and I were moving to Florida and needed a place to stay while we finished closing on our house. We found Scotts property and reached out to see if it was available. Upon submitting our request we were immediately contacted by Scott with great news the condo was available. He was extremely professional and personable in walking us through the rental process and even helping us out with things to do in the area and what to expect with our move. Very welcoming and accommodating which was fantastic for us with our transition all happening at once. The condo was perfect, nicely finished, updated and perfect size for us 4 and our furry one. We can’t tell you how spoiled we were to be steps from the beach and even catching a couple of rocket launches, even going through a hurricane! If we ever want to take a little staycation we will not hesitate to stay again!

We stayed at Scott's place for the Month of October, 2022 and had a great time. The condo was nice and roomy with all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect. A short walk to a truly fantastic beach. One of the best beaches I have seen. We spent much of out time at the beach and watched several NASA launches right from the beach. We also visited the NASA Visitor's Center (great time). There are many excellent seafood restaurants in Cape Canaveral well worth visiting. We especially liked Grills, Rustys and Seafood Atlantic, all located at Port Canaveral where you can see the cruise ships and fishing fleet. All in all, a great vacation. Thanks Scott!
