The fishing is excellent with many professional guides, both offshore and backcountry. Tarpon can be caught from the home dock!
This Four Bedroom Pool Home comes complete with decorator furnishing, Corian counters, stainless steel appliances, and a spacious living room/dining area. A washer and dryer are found on both floors for your convenience. After a long day on the water, fire up the grill and cook your catch or visit one of our many gourmet restaurants. The whole gang can gather around the entertainment center and catch your favorite programs on the large screen TV. If you prefer, you can retire to your own bedroom and watch TV there.
After things quiet down, relax and unwind on the patio or the gazebo on the water. REMEMBER 'It's just another day in paradise'! You will feel like you are vacationing on a picture postcard!
What's close by to do? Within a 15 minute boat ride, you have scuba diving, snorkeling, and fishing on beautiful tropical reefs. Holiday Isle Tiki bar and sandbar are 5 minutes away by boat or car. A 10 minute walk takes you to our pride... FOUNDERS PARK. This is an amazing public park with a marina, tennis, Olympic pool and skateboard park. Perhaps you may want to do a little shopping at some of our local stores. You will find you are in a premier location for a variety of interests or you can relax and savor your beautiful accommodations.

My husband and I rented this house this past month, along with our 7 adult kids/significant others. (9 of us in total) We absolutely loved it. The house itself was perfect. Very clean, and up to date. Had everything we needed. The pictures actually don't do it justice. Had coffee on the huge deck every morning while watching the sunrise. Paradise. Everyone slept comfortably, and there was plenty of room for us all to hang out together after the days activities. The heated pool was spacious enough for us all to lounge by or frolic in. The bay is home to a loving manatee that came to visit us. The location was perfect for us. Islamorada was beautiful, with many great restaurants and tons of activities. Not far from both Key West or the Everglades... The house is right across the street from Founders Park, where we enjoyed a nice beach, and sand volleyball. Donna, the rental agent, was wonderful to work with. We had a couple questions when we first were settlling in, and she was extremely accommodating and accessible. This was my first time renting on vacation, and I was understandably a bit nervous, not knowing what to expect. The bar has been set very high now. We are already trying to figure out when we can come back!

We enjoyed the home and our vacation. We encountered some problems that were taken care of and some that were not the fault of owner or management company. The dock was damaged by hurricane Irma and was not completed until our last week there. We chalked this up to the slow pace of 'island life', but were very happy when it was completed. We arrived to a home that had not been cleaned properly and there were issues with the bedding, but after some work on our part and help from the management company this was taken care of. The house is located in a great place for restaurants, shopping, and Founders Park. It is at the end of a canal, so we did rake a lot of seaweed as the canal leads to the ocean. It did not take long to reach the ocean via boat and there were great snorkeling areas nearby. The view from the balcony is spectacular! It's in a nice neighborhood and all neighbors we met were friendly. We would recommend this location...and we did to a nice gentleman from Naples that we met at the neighborhood marina.
