Clay F.A Great Place Even in the 5th Coldest January in FL on Record...But the Sunrise !!!
Great, caring owners who make sure your expectations are met. !f not the grandest view to Ponce Lighthouse and beyond, certainly top 3...you can even see cars on Jimmy Buffet Memorial Highway (US 1) at night enroute to New Smyrna Beach. Comfortable beds, especially the Master where the sunrise is glorious. Plenty of towels and laundry room on opposite side of BRs. Roomy even for 6 because the balcony is just an extension of LR/DR. Easy access via A!A, US 1, Nova Rd. & Williamson Rd north and south.

Thank you for sharing your condo with us for the past 2 weeks, it was just wonderful. The unit is updated, clean and fully stocked with anything you could need. The grounds, pool, garage and common areas were also well kept. We enjoyed the view and the quietness being on the no drive beach. The owners were very accommodating and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone.

This was one of the most comfortable places we have ever stayed. All the amenities in the condo (washer,dryer,dishwasher, full kitchen, TV’s, cable and wireless internet) made for a stress free stay. The views from the condo, both inside and from the balcony, were amazing. We especially enjoyed the sunrises over the ocean, which you can see without even getting out of bed. In addition, at night you can see the light from the Ponce Inlet lighthouse. The beach in front of the condo is never crowded as it is a good distance from any of the hotels to the north And not near any of the public access walkways. The condo owners, Tony and Elaine, did a great job making this place second to none.ThanksTony and Elaine. Hope to come back soon.
