2 bedroom/2bath condo at Gulfview Club. Sunny, south side of building overlooking the pool area. Completely equipped with everything you need for family beach vacation. Master bedroom with ensuite bath and queen bed. Guest bedroom with adjoining bath and bed which can be made up as a king or two twins.

65" TV in Living Room, smaller TVs in both bedrooms. Cable and Internet.

Our condo is on the second floor of the building, so you can go right out the front staircase and out onto the beach or the pool deck. Easy walk to south beach area with Marriott and Hilton Hotels and access to other restaurants. Short drive for Everglades sightseeing.

This is a seasonal snow bird rental. We prefer a four-month tenant, (January through April,) but will take someone for three months, (January through March.)

Why Kids Love It

Great to play on the beach. Sidewalks on the island are extra wide for bike riding. There are also tennis and pickleball courts.

Marco Island has world class hotels and restaurants. Everglades boat tours, deep sea fishing, bike riding, kayaking, everything is close by and accessible. End each vacation day on the beach for southwest Florida sunsets
