Welcome to our superb 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom villa, located in the peaceful community of Eagle Pointe in Kissimmee, just minutes from Highway 192 and a short drive to Disney and other major Orlando attractions.

The villa is spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you need for a relaxing family getaway. It can sleep up to 8 guests.

The villa has a very homely feel to it. The main living area at the back of the villa has direct access to the pool and deck area, with plenty of comfortable seating to relax after a day of adventure. The open-plan layout ensures there is space for everyone to enjoy.

There is a fully fitted kitchen with a breakfast table – perfect for enjoying breakfast before heading out for the day, or for preparing a delicious evening meal. There’s a full-size fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the cookware and utensils you could possibly need. There is also a more formal dining area near the front of the villa.

Outside, you'll find your own private pool with plenty of seating for relaxing or sunbathing in the pool deck. The covered lanai provides shade for outdoor dining or taking a break from the Florida sun. A child safety fence is available for added peace of mind.

There are 4 bedrooms in total:

GROUND FLOOR

Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed with a spacious en-suite featuring a garden tub, separate shower, and vanity unit.

Bedroom 2: Full-size bed with easy access to the shared family bathroom.

Bedroom 3: Twin bedroom with shared access to the Jack and Jill bathroom.

Bedroom 4: Another twin bedroom – one of which is themed to delight younger guests.

Bathrooms:

Master en-suite with separate tub and walk-in shower

Second family bathroom with shower/tub combo

Additional half bathroom for convenience

All bedrooms are well-sized with plenty of storage space and their own TVs.

The villa also includes a laundry area with washer and dryer, allowing you to pack light and stay fresh throughout your trip.

NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed within the villa.

High-speed WiFi and air conditioning are available throughout the villa. Free parking is available on-site.

A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental.
