This place was perfect for our stay! Nice large rooms, split bedroom plan, fenced front patio and back yard and a hot tub as a bonus!! The place was clean and comfortable - lovely neighborhood as well and only minutes from shopping! We will stay there again!

First, David was an excellent host! Excellent communication and attention to detail. We truly enjoyed our stay in this home. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms gave us all the space we needed during our stay. My family enjoyed a week in the area and really appreciated the amenities David had in the house. The hot tub, all the beach items like towels, toys, cooler, cart, and umbrella... It was all great to have available to use. We enjoyed breakfast each morning as we planned our day. A very short drive to Indian Rocks Beach, Madeira, St. Pete's, and Clearwater. We went all over and looked forward to a comfy bed at the end of the day. Thank you again David for hosting my family. We will certainly be back!

Had a great time at our Harbor Heights rental. Beautiful & quiet neighborhood. Hot tub was a welcome relief after a tough day at beach. Lol. House was very comfortable and clean. Visited friends/relatives who are residents. Dave was very attentive to a couple problems that we incurred and solved them in a timely manner. Our second time renting from Dave. Highly recommend him.
