Fully stocked kitchen with separate coffee/breakfast bar. The Living room is spacious and offers 2 options for additional sleeping areas with both queen sleeper and twin sleeper. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated with comfort in mind. We want our home to make you feel relaxed while offering all the comforts and amenities you expect during your vacation. Our unit is located on the ground floor so you are just steps away from your boat for ease of loading. We offer a separate freezer for all of your catch. We have a semi-private patio area to enjoy sitting outside with your beverage of choice while grilling up some tasty treats on the provided bbq grill. W/D is offered on-site for your convenience. We have beach chairs and pool toys available as well as extra beach towels for your stay.

About the owner: Hello Everyone! I am Theresa and I am lucky enough to have found my travel partner for life, my husband Paul. We both love the ocean and all of the activities it provides so it just made sense to purchase our very first vacation home in the Keys!
We have just updated the entire place so you will have all of the amenities you could ask for while being in a comfortable beach setting. Fantastic condo in Marathon. Great location with its own community boat ramp, a dock right next to the condo, a pool, and a nice sandy beach a very short walk away. The best part was Katie Carillo the realtor who took care of the transaction. On my way home I discovered I had left something very valuable. She retrieved it from the condo and had it overnighted to me. Katie is the type of person you wish everyone in the hospitality industry was.
