Our unit is located on the ground floor so you are just steps away from your boat for ease of loading. We offer a separate freezer for all of your catch. We have a semi-private patio area to enjoy sitting outside with your beverage of choice while grilling up some tasty treats on the provided bbq grill. W/D is offered on-site for your convenience. We have beach chairs and pool toys available as well as extra beach towels for your stay.

Fantastic condo in Marathon. Great location with its own community boat ramp, a dock right next to the condo, a pool, and a nice sandy beach a very short walk away. The best part was Katie Carillo the realtor who took care of the transaction. On my way home I discovered I had left something very valuable. She retrieved it from the condo and had it overnighted to me. Katie is the type of person you wish everyone in the hospitality industry was.
