Notes:
All guests must agree to liability waiver, sign a contract and acknowledge understanding of departure instructions prior to booking. A fully refundable upon departure inspection $300 deposit will be collected with each rental and remitted back within 48 hours of departure after we've inspected that there are not any damages to the property or contents. This deposit is due the day of booking to reserve your dates. The first half of your payment must be made within 30 days of booking your reservation and the remaining balance must be paid 30 days after that {60 days after booking}. All reservations canceled with 31 or more days notice will receive a partial refund of half your booking. Those canceled within 30 days or less will not receive a refund.
