The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a 55” smart TV, and a full-size dresser. The ensuite master bath is a showpiece with white marble counters, separate sinks, a soaker tub, a frameless glass shower with Bluetooth, and plenty of closet space.

The bedrooms on the other size of the house each have a queen-size bed, a full dresser, and plenty of closet space. The back bedroom opens to the back patio, and the front bedroom includes a baby changing table. A full bath is in between.

Right off the living area is the bunk bedroom with a twin-over-double bunk bed, a kids' table for play, and lots of shelves to store toys and games.

The interiors are light-filled and open with comfortable gathering spaces: a dining room table that seats 8, a semi-open galley kitchen with an open breakfast bar, a living area with a TV and a gas fireplace, and a foyer with even more seating.

The back patio is screened in and leads to the back deck which features a gas grill. The backyard is beautifully landscaped with lots of room for relaxation and play.

The golf cart is a 6-passenger street-legal electric low-speed vehicle. All drivers must be licensed and insured and must read the operating instructions and abide by all traffic laws. You will be asked to provide the driver’s licenses of all drivers prior to your stay.

For added security, the property is equipped with a security camera above the garage door.
