This one-story, 4BR home features a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a 55" smart TV, and a door to the back patio. The master bath is a showpiece with white marble counters, separate sinks, a soaker tub, and a frameless glass shower with a Bluetooth speaker.
Right off the living area is the bunk bed room with a twin-over-double bunk bed, a kids' table for play, and lots of shelves to store toys and games.
The two bedrooms on the other size of the house each have a queen-size bed. The back bedroom opens to the back patio, and the front bedroom includes a baby changing table. A full bath is in between.
The interiors are light-filled and open with comfortable gathering spaces: a dining room table that seats 8, a semi-open galley kitchen with an open breakfast bar, a living area with a 65" smart TV, and a foyer with even more seating.

NOTES:
From Memorial Day through the summer, all stays are 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday only.
All other times, you may check in and out on any day with a 3- or 5-night minimum.
No pets.
No smoking.
No student groups. Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age and must stay at the property the entire time of rental.

The Rental Agreement will be emailed to you. Please read and sign it within 48 hours to secure your booking.
Destiny Hideaway is located in an HOA neighborhood. The rules are posted on and will also be emailed to you.
Cancellation Policy:
100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
50% refund if you cancel between 30-60 days before check-in.
No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay. A $500 damage deposit will be collected separately from your rental payment. You may pay the damage deposit via check, Zelle, PayPal, or Venmo.

Rented from late January till early March 2023. Owners Denise and Jeff were great hosts. House is well decorated and stocked with everything we needed. If we had a question hosts(owners) were quick to respond. Having access to the golf cart made going to the beach or restaurants an easy quick trip. Very convenient location to shopping and restaurants. Would rate our experience 5 out of 5 stars! Thank you Denise and Jeff

Perfectly appointed & the neighborhood is safe, quiet, and has a great private pool, kids park, and exercise center. The new golf cart (seats 6!) made getting to the beach and restaurants quick and easy. We‘ll be back and highly recommend!!!
