Welcome to "YELLOW HAMMER BEACH HOUSE" Blue Mountain Beach access within walking distance, Come and enjoy this beautiful beach home with private pool and large, fenced backyard on cul de sac of very small community. We are located in the subdivision Sandacastles across the street from Cowgirl Kitchen. The Home has a private pool and is great for red flag days at the beach or if you want to just hang back at the house and enjoy a pool day. The house also comes with 4 bikes. 4 Adult . If you need additional bikes you can head over to big daddies- And while your there feel free to grab a cinnamon roll at Blue Mountain Bakery. "Yellow Hammer Beach House" is on the west end of 30 A- We are a bike ride to Seaside and Gulf Place- Many dining options available within biking distance. If you choose to rent a golf cart feel free to reach out and we can suggest some local rental companies. Our HOA is NOT golf cart restricted. "Yellow Hammer Beach House" was refurbished in 2021. If you happen to be traveling with grandparents there are 2 bedrooms located on the ground floor with huge living space and fully stocked kitchen. Large master bedroom. Smart Tv's in every bedroom and living room. Dining room table seats 10. Wraparound porch on rear of house and private decks for second floor bedroom and third floor decks. After a long day at the beach head over to Cowgirl Kitchen, Blue Mabel, Blue Mountain Creamery, Red Fish Taco and much more! 5 star reviews from all of our guests since we began renting May 2021!.

This was home away from home! It housed 8 adults and 4 kids with an extra room to spare. The kids loved sharing their own room and it was located between the 2 sets of parents which is very convenient. My 93 y/o Dad thoroughly enjoyed his own room with a very comfortable and adjustable bed! We loved the mattresses so much we called Eileen to find out the brand and bought some for our home. The young adults enjoyed bike rides every night which were provided as well as all the pool and ocean toys you need. The house was fully stocked with paper towels, toiletries, beach towels and all the spices you would want. We were walking distance to the ice cream parlor. We rented a golf cart because let’s face it…you’re not cool if you don’t have a golf cart. It did come in handy for our daily trips to the beach. This trip created some wonderful family memories that we will always cherish! I like to go to different places each year but if I could work with Eileen and stay in this house I would definitely come back again and again!

Our group of 13 (8 adults and 5 children) enjoyed this home for a week. We were thrilled with every aspect. The kitchen was well stocked for all of our cooking, there were plenty of linens, towels and beach towels, and there are SO MANY beach things. Chairs, tents, wagon, toys. The home was impeccably clean and well decorated for ultimate relaxation. The pool was the perfect size for our four girls who played in it multiple times per day. The two first floor bedrooms were very convenient for my 83 year old grandmother. Eileen checked on us and made sure everything we had was perfect. She communicated quickly and clearly. Our family is already excited for our next trip.

Loved this place! We were a huge family of 15 people. 10 adults and six toddlers/babies. Two porta-cribs provided in the home were very helpful. It's huge and very clean! A five minute walk to the beach! Private pool was clean, refreshing and perfect for the end of the day. Lots of pool toys, bikes and beach gear provided. The 10-12 Tommy Bahama beach chairs were awesome and the beach umbrella was so helpful.*Bathrooms very clean *Towels in great condition *Towels smelled awesome *Bedding super soft and cozy (and smelled amazing) *All beds in great condition to sleep on *Roll-away beds very handy and well equipped *Pillows clean (even the decorative ones on beds) and superior quality *Furniture clean and in great condition *Furniture covers a great idea (especially when people bring pets) *Furniture throws clean and in good condition (not soiled or dirty) *Washer and dryer are fabulous! (high quality) *Loved the high quality coffee maker and kitchen appliances! Definitely upgrades.We absolutely loved this home and had a fabulous time. And our host was quick to communicate and answer any and all questions that we had. Very helpful and conscientious communicator. Thank you, Eileen for a fabulous family vacation. Can’t say enough great things about this house! Eileen was the perfect host that answered all questions and checked in on things during our stay. The house is equipped with everything you could think of which made it so easy for our large group. Also the accommodation for kids was perfect since we have 3 under 4 (bunk room, pack and plays and a baby gate provided). Location of the home is also great! Close beach access, quick drives to nearby towns. By far one our favorite trips to date!

Stayed for spring break with another family. House was very clean and fully stocked. Beach chairs and bikes came in handy. House had more than we expected when it came to household items heated pool and a very short walk to the beach. Eileen was a pleasure to work with always communicated and checked to see if we needed anything. Would highly recommend this house.
