Beautiful views from both levels of canals, spacious grounds, and the Florida bay. House rental includes 31' Boatslip dockage for no additional charge. Slip #19 is located right beside a fish cleaning station, kayak/paddle board launch area and yards from the bay. Easy access between Ocean or Gulf via Vaca Cut. This 1600 sq ft. home is directly steps from your assigned covered parking spot (overflow parking is uncovered), the largest saltwater pool on the island, and even an onsite fitness gym. Dine or Cook easily with fully stocked kitchen. Grill your daily catch on any of the charcoal grills located throughout the resort. Dining table seats 6, plus bar seating for 4. In addition to 2 comfy chairs and a huge 75" TV in living room, This home can easily accommodate parties of up to 8 adults with use of high quality Queen sleeper Sofa (downstairs).
Upstairs bedrooms boast a King in the master, a Queen in 2nd bedroom, and a Twin over Queen Bunk in 3rd bedroom. Each bedroom has it's own large tv and hanging closets. Master BR and Queen BR have their own private porches. Brand new front loader Washer/Dryer in unit. Infant Pack 'n Play available.
Something for everyone, even on rainy days with HBO, 125+ cable channels, Fast wifi, and misc books and board games. Fishing rod holder keeps 18 rods upright and safe. *BAIT Freezer just added too for the avid anglers!*

Why this property? GULFSIDE Protections from the major wind and seaweed, Ideallic views; LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION - direct Ocean side access in minutes via Vaca Cut. Feels very private and upscale quality. Also you don't hear any noise from freeway. Easy to forget how close you are to everything in this private resort!

☆☆☆☆☆ Clean and spacious space, easy access to various shopping and restraunts. Easy booking, beautiful pool, lots of extras in this rental from pool toys to cruiser bikes. Will be coming back in a few months!

This villa was absolutely more fantastic than the pictures, felt like a brand new condo- spotlessly clean, light and airy, brilliantly and beautifully decorated, extremely spacious, very comfortable beds/couches. TVs in every room, massive TV in front room. The views were breathtaking, our parking spot was steps from the front door. We had easy access to owners/property managers as needed. Directions to the villa and check-in instructions were very descriptive and amazingly easy. They have a fast Wifi connection for husband to work remotely- the network and password is posted for easy accessibility. The kitchen has more accessories than I knew what to do with, very well appointed. The pool water temp was so comfortable. They gave us recommendations for restaurants/activities/certain local companies that were very helpful and valuable. Great AC was very appreciated. The only bad thing is that we had to leave this peaceful piece of heaven on earth... One of our best vacations ever!

Sunday R.Great Place in Marathon!
My hubby and I stayed here with our son and family for a week. After we figured out how to enter the community ( was not informed it was semi-gated meaning there’s a gate that is activated when it senses a vehicle), we wound our way around to the Villa. Assigned parking spot was very tight so we parked in overflow which was just a few steps further. The actual rental unit is wonderful with a fantastic location and view - right on the canal with views of the ocean. It was clean and comfortable and even our 7 lb jackapoo enjoyed staying there. Would certainly stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay at the Seas the Day. The house was extremely spacious, clean and very nicely decorated. The Canal was steps from our porch, and having a boat slip included in rental-we rented a boat for the week, which was glorious. Every afternoon around 3:30 manatees would come into the canal for a visit. Sombero beach is just a few minute drive, as well as many delicious restaurants and activities. Very friendly community and the owner was very quick to respond to text messages and very easy to work with. The only thing that was a challenge to work around was not having a pantry or cabinets to put food away, as we had to store it all on the counter top. Would highly recommend this beautiful home to any family.

Our family also loves to cook and eat most meals in the house, so we often put our extra dry good groceries for the week in the cupboards above the fridge and over the stove.
