Ned R.Convenient and comfortable
I very much enjoyed staying here for two months. Everything in the condo worked well, the location was great for me and my cat. Easy to get downtown or to the beaches and many golf courses.The complex is on a very busy street, Clark Road, but this unit is well back from the street and it feels quiet. The pool is right out the back door, and there's also a nice private deck back there. Finally the wireless and the cable TV worked great and when there was a problem with one of the TV's, it was quickly fixed. If a 2 bed, 1 bath unit in south Sarasota fits your needs, you'll be happy here.
