1152 sq. ft. This is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath Courtyard Villa located in the Villas of St Simons. St Simons is completely surrounded by the gorgeous Championship Course at Glenview Country Club.
We provide flat screen TV in the living room and master bedroom. Our home has luxury vinyl planking flooring throughout the villa. The kitchen has full counter seating plus dining for 4. The guest bedroom has an office desk and with internet you can keep in touch with the outside world if you really wanted to - we suggest you just play and enjoy yourselves. We have a Keyless entry lock. We clean and sanitize the home after each stay.
We are only 6 minutes by golf cart to the one of the premier recreation centers in The Villages which offers outstanding shows and entertainment at the Scarlett O'Hara Theater located in the Savannah Regional Recreation Center. Its only 12 minutes by car to Spanish Springs or Sumter Landing Town Squares.
Enjoy dancing/dining/shopping at one of The Villages three Town Squares - Spanish Springs, Lake Sumter Landing, and Brownwood seven days a week.
The Villages is a vacation and retirement paradise with thousands of clubs, pools located throughout The Villages, sports, movies, trails, nature, and much much more. My wife and I fell in love with it on our first visit. I'm sure you will be amazed at all there is to do here whether its pickleball, golf, beach volleyball, water volleyball, billiards, horseshoes, shuffleboard, mahjong, pinochle, samba, bridge, sewing, crafts ......
This is a furnished seasonal rental with varying seasonal rates in a 55+ community. There is a no smoking, no pets, no children under 19 policy.
Long term rates are negotiable only if no future bookings have been made already.

An extra fee may be charged per person when more than two occupants or seperate sleeping rooms.
Cancellations: In the event of an approved cancelation before you begin renting, the security deposit and cleaning fee may be refunded in full. The rental amount outlined above is due in full. If the house can be re-rented at the same rate or higher, the original rent will be refunded minus a 15% cancelation fee. If it is re-rented at a lower amount, then that lower amount will be refunded less the original 15% cancellation fee. Some renters opt for trip cancelation insurance. It is strongly recommended that the Tenant get travel insurance and renters insurance.

Not far from Spanish Springs and Sumter town centers. Near a number of golf courses. Spacious villa with relaxing lanai. Enjoyed the stay tremendously. As always, time there was too short (2 weeks)
