Come on in, pick which bedroom you would like to occupy. Both adorbs! The bigger bedroom boast plenty of sitting area along with a queen bed. You have a full dresser and chest to put all your duds in. The second bedroom is a bit smaller but still has room for a desk for your laptop and 1/2 bath with adjoining shower to the main bath. 2 small closets and a chest of drawers is all yours. The 2nd queen bed lives in the garage along with an extra fridge and freezer and table for crafts or games. A big screen tv w apple tv can be used outdoors or moved to any bedroom for your convivence.
Before seeing the bedrooms you walk into the most colorful, open living room, dining room and kitchen area. Only divided by a bar that seats 3. The living room has French doors leading out onto the jasmine deck. Do you have work to do? There is a workstation setup with printer and monitor waiting on your laptop. The view of the oak, ferns and other nature helps ease the pain of working.
A back door in the kitchen or through the garage leads you to the adult play area that includes an above ground pool, sitting area, umbrella table and chairs, hammock, fire pit, cornhole and loads of banana trees.
Enjoy the nature of the garden with plenty of squirrels, rabbits and birds hanging out in the lush green foliage that makes the backyard paradise even better.

Area Information

West 1.5 mile to the sand of Madeira Beach, less than that to dining on the intercoastal waters. Bungalow sits in between Bay Pines and Mad Beach.
East, Walmart is 5 min away and just across the county (8 miles is Tropicana Stadium for baseball fans and a short distance more across Tampa Bay is the NY Yankee Spring Training Field and the Bucs stadium. St Pete has local artist and great eating in the grand central area as well as Vinoy Park and downtown. Check out the The Hangar airport restaurant for good food and watching small crafts fly in and out on the water of Tampa Bay.
North is Clearwater Beach with its world famous Aquarium and Tarpon Springs with a fun day at the Sponge docks.
South has #1 Rated St Pete Beach and the world renown Don Cesar Hotel. If you love bridges, take a drive over the Skyway Bridge and visit other famous beaches such as Bradenton Beach or the White powdery sands of Siesta Keys for the day.
