Heated pool with new pebble tech and resurfacing.Split floor plan, kitchen with newer LG stainless steel appliances, range with air fry, and quartzite countertops. Venetian Plaster on walls. One bath also has a door off Lanai. The Master has an ensuite with double sinks and marble top, walk-in closet. Family and sitting room has glass sliders open all the way. Aluminum fenced-in yard.
Family room vaulted ceiling and new 65-inch TV, 2 more TVs in bedrooms. Master king bed, 2nd queen, and 3rd 2 twins. (also extra twin mattress) The sitting room looks out onto the pool and water view. Office desk w/printer.
The dining room sits at 10 and the office area with a desk. Separate laundry room. Tons of closet space. Comes with two double kayaks.
Water, pool, and lawn care, WiFi included, electric up to $300 Included.

About the owner: We are NJ natives who have been searching for the right property for over 20 years! We finally found it! Someday we will be snowbirds! But for now, we come and go when we can.
My husband is an extremely hard working self employed contractor . Who always thinks outside the box. Every time we visit our new home he makes improvements and upgrades. All monies goes right back into the home. He also loves fishing, boating , woodworking and the quaint waterfront town of Punta Gorda.
I am an artist and ceramic instructor, many of my pieces are displayed throughout the home. We keep finding new places in PGI to explore.
We have recently upgraded and renovated the entire house, giving it a open split floor plan.
Why this property? There was something that drew us to this property! Perhaps karma, it just was so very peaceful and felt like we finally found home.
