Master bedroom and Living room have an ocean front balcony directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, a full kitchen and large living room. Our Spacious (1470 sq/ft), fully air-conditioned unit sleeps 8 people comfortably. The unit contains a full size washer and dryer, free of charge. There is a large parking lot in front of the building, with a free parking spot for renters.
On a private beach with a heated private pool, private picnic & BBQ areas create the perfect paradise.
The building has both elevators and stairs. There are restaurants, taverns, shopping and attractions within walking distance. From amusement parks, gulf, Lowry Park Zoo, cultural centers, sporting events, museums, casinos, aquariums, theaters, wildlife sanctuaries, etc... with 14 miles of sandy beaches you'll never be bored, unless by choice!
I didn't want to be 'near' the beach, I wanted a property ON the beach. I love to simply walk outside & this stunning beach is at your feet.
I wanted to be able to look out directly on the Gulf!
I wanted to be able to hear the sounds of the surf.

Amro K.Amazing trip
This was the best trip I’ve ever made to Indian Shores Florida. The weather was spectacular and the Gulf waters were warmer than ever. The kids had the best time in the sun and played in the white powdery sands on the beach. The condo we stayed in was top notch with everything we needed available and fully stacked, from linens to towels, beach chairs and umbrellas to even a nice Coleman for our drinks to take to the hot beach. Like I said it was a trip of a lifetime and our third trip to south west Florida. We made so many wonderful memories and look forward to making many more.

It's true, the view is spectacular and we spent a lot of time on the balcony when we were not at the pool or out enjoying St. Petersburg. There is so much to do here and everything was in reasonably close proximity. We will definitely stay here again!
