Second floor offers 2 sets of triple bunk beds and full bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of counter space, separate ice maker, custom panty, large kitchen table, and quartzite countertops. The kitchen is stocked with high end appliances to include J.A. Henckels cookware, knives set, and Ninja blender for all of your yummy frozen drinks/smoothies. Family room boast a 58” 7 Series Smart TV.
Third floor master suite enjoys the entire 3rd floor, king size bed, double custom vanity/cabinets, tub/shower combination, 57” 7 Series Smart TV, and private balcony.
This townhome features a washer/dryer located inside the home, and parking for two cars. Easy access to a pedestrian/bike path along Scenic 98 is ideal for joggers, bike riders, or just taking a leisurely stroll.

COVID-19 Cleaning Procedures
Due to the pandemic, we have changed our cleaning procedures. As always we are washing all sheets and blankets in between each guest and we are providing antibacterial soap. We are sanitizing and disinfecting all commonly touched surfaces. We highly encourage each guest to bring disinfecting wipes and any other cleaning supplies to ensure their own safety!
This property has a garage for bike storge in addition to parking directly in front of the home.

And everything was great about this property. Love being spread out over three levels. Perfect distance from the ocean. Neighborhood is beautiful. Enjoyed being there for the week. We had three adults and five “kids” ranging from 12 to 22. Great time by all.
This house was perfect for 2 families with 4-5 kids. The master bedroom suites were great sized and our kids loved the bunk room! Very nice kitchen and am investing in an ice dispenser for my kitchen after having that luxury all week! We would definitely stay again and have promoted to friends and family!
The house was cute and comfortable to stay in though the only toilet paper was the roll that was on the wall so definitely ran out but was nice to have 3 bathrooms. Appreciated the wagons, umbrella and chairs in the garage! Was a little more than the 1 min walk but was very easy to get to and less than 5 min to the beach and access was easy. Only one burner worked well on stove so did have to juggle the two pots using to cook with back and forth as the second one didn't get very hot but otherwise it was a great place to stay and we really enjoyed it.

This property was the perfect getaway! Steps to the beach! Sleeps everyone comfortably! Very clean and decorative! Will definitely book again will definitely recommend to others!
This townhouse is beautifully decorated and had plenty of space for our family of nine. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had all the supplies needed to cook meals. The extra ice machine came in very handy to fill our drinks and coolers. The beach was very busy, so we spend time at the pool instead. We didn't use much of the beach equipment except the wagon, the chairs were well used so we bought our own. When we used the umbrella the first time, we had troubles closing it , so we went without one. The area is very busy but very easy to get around. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

We loved our family vacation of 12 in this condo. Very well decorated throughout. We loved the new decor, the tile floors, kitchen, comfy beds, bed linens and can’t pass on the ice maker! Having 3 nice bikes to use was a wonderful added bonus! It is close to the pool and an easy walk to the beach. It is family friendly area and the beach is not too crowded due to the many private beaches. Communication with the owner was super as well. Only con was no pizza cutter or half bath on main floor. But a super amazing place.

Had the most AMAZING time at Lori’s place. It was clean, chic and right next to the beach. There was an adorable coffee/breakfast spot, Camille’s, 2 miles away which made for a perfect morning walk. Thank you Lori for being so accommodating and for making sure we had everything we needed for the stay!
