RESORT:
Our condo is located in Laketown Wharf resort with amenities for folks of all ages! Mini golf, 5 various pools including a heated pool and kids pool, 2 hot tubs, 2 restaurants, bar, sandwich shop, tiki bar by pool, taco shop, hair salon, nail salon, lighted dancing water show with music right from your balcony! WE HAVE IT ALL! To top it off you also have private access to the beautiful beach just for our resort! Restaurants are either on property & across the street or within 5 minute drive! We are truly in center of Panama City!

CONDO:
Our beachy condo is a very spacious; it has 1,047 square feet of living space (Biggest floor plan for a 1 bedroom unit that comfortably sleeps 6-7 people in Panama City Beach)! Our master bedroom has a king size bed and a tv. The living room has a sofa and another smart tv. There is also a separate bunk room with bunk beds. If needed we also have cots to sleep up to 7 people.
Our oversized balcony has views of the gorgeous lake and Panama City Beach! Sit back and relax every night on the balcony while overlooking our nightly water shows with music. There are beach views as well as skyline view of Panama City Beach from the bedroom window and from the front door access.

LOCATION:
We are located in the heart of the city with lots of exciting things to do within walking distance. You can access buffet, on the property shows, 5 pools, a kids funscape pool, splash bar & grill, hot tubs, gym, candy shop, ice cream shop, outdoor grills and shopping RIGHT ON THE PROPERTY! Laketown Wharf has 52,000 sq feet of lakefront boardwalk.
Across the street we have Walmart, Ripley's Believe It or Not and Upside down activity center. We're also minutes of driving to the zoo, golf courses, Pier Park, St. Andrews Park and tons of mini golf courses. On the other side of the street is the popular Pineapple Willy's Restaurant with gorgeous views of Panama City's sunsets over the beach.

WHAT WE PROVIDE:
Our condo comes with fully stock kitchen with coffee machine, kettle, pots, and pans, toaster, blender, toaster oven, etc. We have a full size washer and dryer. There is a smart TV in the living room with access to Netflix, Hulu and other streaming platforms. We provide beach chairs and a beach umbrella as well. We DO NOT provide beach towels so please make sure to bring them with you!

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
We have a king size bed in master bedroom (sleeps 2), bunk beds that sleep additional 2 guests, sofa in living room that sleeps 1 more guest and a additional cots are available to sleep up to 7 guests.

***PLEASE NOTE OUR UNIT IS ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING (Violating this policy will affect your security deposit).

***Garage parking is available on the premises.

***You MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD TO RESERVE PER HOA RULES

***Please note: Pool wristbands must be worn during your stay. (Parking pass and up to 6 wrist bands are included). Please contact owner if additional parking is needed.

***We provide: bed linens, bath towels, hand towels and washcloths. Toilet paper, paper towel, dishwasher detergent, travel size shampoo, conditioner and soap. Please note we are different than a hotel and don't have room service with extra towels or supplies.

***We do not provide BEACH TOWELS, so please bring your own, bath towels can not be removed from the unity at any time.
