Cozy three bedroom, 2 bath southern exposure waterfront home. In very close proximity to Tigertail Beach. This home has a dock and boat lift with a wide water view. All bedrooms have recently been updated with new bedding. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, a bathroom with dual sinks and a stand-up shower. There are two guest bedrooms: one with a queen-sized bed, and the other with a set of twin beds. The two guest bedrooms share a bathroom with a combo bathtub/shower. The kitchen is equipped with a glass top stove and oven, microwave, dual stainless steel sink and a refridgerator. There is a breakfast nook attached to the kitchen, as well as a formal dining room. Both the family room and the formal living room have entertainment centers with televisions. The pool and patio are very spacious, and the wide water view is lovely from the elevated patio. The dock is equipped with a boat lift and is perfect for fishing. WiFi is available in the home.

We always rent a home up in the tiger tail beach area. This home was in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was functional in the home. Kitchen and baths were dated but worked fine. Layout was great with two living spaces. Nice patio area with pool. Our biggest complaint was the beds were hard and uncomfortable. We found ourselves sleeping on the couches because the beds were so uncomfortable. Easy bike ride to tiger tail and town.
