Beautiful home is centrally located to the beach, Mackle Park, Library and Marco Island Historical Museum. Local restaurants and shops are not far either. The home has been completely renovated with a coastal design and all new furnishings and new tile throughout. Spacious 3 bedroom, den and two bathrooms. The kitchen has all new appliances, cabinetry, quartz counter tops. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, flat screen TV and sliders that open to the patio. The master bathroom has a soaking tub and a large walk in shower. Guest bedrooms have a king bed and a set of full beds both having flat screen TV's and they share a bathroom with single vanity and walk in shower. This bathroom is also a pool bath so there is easy access from the patio to the bathroom. All sliders go out to the patio. The den features two bean bag chairs, an XBox and a pullout sofa. Enjoy meals and drinks out on the spacious outdoor living area or relax under the fans by they oversized, heated pool.

Wonderful stay at this beautiful, very clean villa. It’s very close to the gorgeous beach, shops, restaurants. Everything you need is in the villa, a beach cart was also in the garage which was a plus for us as a family of five. The pool area is a really lovely area, plenty of furniture & the pool itself is very well kept & a good size. Kelli who was our point of contact was extremely helpful & sorted out something we asked her on the same day, we would definitely go back to this villa if we visit Marco island again.
