Walk down to the beach, or hang out on the lanai, playing ping pong or use the semi private pool located with an entrance located just steps from the back stairs. All three bedrooms feature king beds, two bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. There is a pull out sleeper sofa in the nook area adjacent to the kitchen. With a spacious two car garage, parking is not a problem. The garage stocked with beachchairs, a beach cart and beach umbrella for use at the beach. The kitchen in this home features all stainless steel appliances with a gas stove. If you're not enjoying the outdoors, and need a relaxing quiet night in, enjoy the TV in the living space with plenty of seating for the wh ole family. WiFi is provided.

Sit back and relax on one of the many verandas. With a Florida room located on the second floor, it features a cozy fire place, and outdoor seating and dining area. The back screened in lanai features a ping pong table and another sitting outdoor area. Use the grill on the back deck to grill your favorites.
