Living Area:
Enjoy the open concept living space boasting a 65" Smart TV with Peacock streaming service available for all guests. Open the sliding glass doors to the outdoor patio with BBQ grill and heated saltwater pool. Comfortable and quiet.
Kitchen & Dining:
Show off your cooking skills in this well stocked gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Chill your wine in the 2 temperature wine fridge in the large kitchen island with quartz countertop. Complimentary coffee and tea awaits you each morning. Filtered water cooling in the refrigerator.
Beds and Baths:
All bedrooms are on the second floor. The large primary suite has a king bed and a large walk-in closet provides the tranquility for a peaceful night sleep. The ensuite bathroom will feel like a spa with the deep soaking tub, walk-in shower and double sinks. The second bedroom has ample room with a queen bed and large closet while the third bedroom has two twin beds and another large closet. The second full bathroom on the second floor has a tub/shower and single sink. A third full bathroom on the first floor also has a walk-in shower and can be used as a pool bath.
Outdoor:
Step outside to your private oasis - a heated saltwater pool surrounded by beautiful, lush vegetation. The outdoor area is fully equipped with a BBQ grill, table and chairs for eating, outdoor shower, and lounge chairs - perfect for enjoying the Florida sunshine and relaxing after a day at the beach!

Minimum of 4 nights, max 6 guests.
Must be 25 yrs or older to rent.
No Pets, No Smoking on the property.
Upon booking, a copy of the guest's driver's license is required and a rental agreement must be signed.
Security cameras are located at all entrances and by the pool equipment. The purpose of the cameras is to protect against unauthorized entry, theft and damage to the property. A noise monitor on the first floor that only monitor decibel levels, nothing is being recorded.
Driveway parking only for 1 to 2 cars; no street or garage parking.
Electric Car Charging:
As previous Tesla Owners, we know how convenient it is to get a full charge at home. Please let us know if you have a need to charge an electric car during your stay.

The house was as beautiful and clean in person as it was in the photos. The owners thought of everything that guests would need. Our family of six had a wonderful time, and the pool was just what the kids needed. It’s a short drive to Atlantic Avenue and the beach from the house, and there is a Wbole Foods in easy driving distance. Highly recommend!

This house was perfect for our family visit to Delray. Pool was a welcome amenity because sadly the beach was way too windy and uncomfortable. Everything in the house seemed or was brand new. The house was also incredibly well built, hurricanes?, we didn’t hear noises, creaks, or rustling kids outside our bedroom. Hosts were gracious and very accommodating. If we return to Delray we would hope to stay here again.
